    摘要: A system and method of parking assist includes a detection device located in a rear portion of a vehicle. The detection device acquires data representative of a viewable area behind the vehicle. The detection device is in communication with a park assist controller. A first viewable area that includes an area where a tow device is located when attached to the rear portion of the vehicle is monitored, where the first viewable area is associated with a first field of view (FOV). If the tow device is detected within the first viewable area, the park assist controller switches between the first FOV to a second field of view (FOV) associated with a second viewable area, where the second viewable area does not include the area where the tow device is located. Feedback is provided to a display indicating if an obstacle is located within the second FOV.

    摘要: A gyroscope system comprises a gyroscope block having a plurality of cavities and a plurality of passages that define a path; a plurality of mirrors each located in one of the plurality of cavities; at least one mirror drive coupled to one of the plurality of mirrors and configured to change a position of the respective mirror, wherein the path's length is changed by the change in the position of the respective mirror; a dither system coupled to the gyroscope block and configured to induce an angular rotation of the gyroscope block; and a controller configured to provide a dither signal indicative of a dither frequency to the dither system and a path length control (PLC) signal indicative of a PLC frequency to the at least one mirror drive. The controller is configured to calculate the PLC frequency as a function of the dither frequency.

    摘要: A multifunction remote controlled video recording, transmission and playback system includes a still frame generator adapted for selecting and generating still frames on the fly while a full motion video signal is being recorded, without interrupting the recording function. Audio and data signals, such as cockpit audio in an aircraft and gps and telemetry signals may also be incorporated in the recorded full motion video recording on a real time synchronized basis. The still frames are digitally enhanced, producing a full field frame from the analog video signal. Still frames can be produced in single, burst and snap modes without interrupting the full motion video recording function.

    摘要: An apparatus to indicate unauthorized manipulation of at least one protected device enclosed in a housing is provided. The apparatus includes a structure attached to a first portion of the housing and a token switch attached to a second portion of the housing. The token switch is operably positioned with reference to the structure. The token switch includes a plunger, and a register programmed with a value. The register is communicatively coupled with a processor in a circuit. The circuit is communicatively coupled to drive the device. The structure, the token switch, and the circuit are internal to the housing when the housing is in a closed position. The plunger and the structure are positioned to generate a current when the housing is opened. The programmed value in the register is changed by the generated current and the processor takes an action responsive to the change in the programmed value.

The method comprises determining an angular rate of the gyroscope, detecting a zero rate of the gyroscope where one or more single beam signals occur, and determining one or more blanker positions based on the zero rate. A blanker pulse is generated at the blanker positions such that the path length control circuit suspends operation when the one or more single beam signals occur.
