Abstract:
A hierarchical memory includes a plurality of memory blocks, a common access bus coupled to the plurality of memory blocks, and a host bus interface coupled to the common access bus and configured to provide communication between an external host and the plurality of memory blocks over the common access bus. The memory further includes a Built-In Self Test (BIST) module coupled to the common access bus and configured to communicate with the plurality of memory blocks over the common access bus, and a test access interface coupled to the BIST main module and configured to receive test instructions and test data, to provide the test data to the BIST main module, and to configure the BIST main module in response to the test instructions. BIST operations are carried out in the memory blocks in response to BIST control signals and test data transmitted by the BIST module over the common access bus.

Furthermore, the method includes receiving a selection of rule flow information associated with the plurality of decision rules through the user computer interface; generating a plurality of decision rules based at least in part on the information associated with the applicant, based at least in part on the information associated with the applicant from at least one data source, and based at least in part on the selection of information associated with a plurality of decision rules, wherein an outcome associated with the at least one decision rule can be obtained; and based in part on at least the rule flow information, displaying at least a portion of the plurality of decision rules through the user computer interface.
Abstract:
Methods and systems are described for integrating Multi-Objective Optimization (MOO) with a Constraint Management System (CMS) so as to rapidly and flexibly search large design spaces and focus on “interesting” designs as determined by user-specified criteria. An exemplary method embeds the value of a trade space and its trade-off envelope within the same CMS network used to calculate the values of the points in the trade space itself. The exemplary method supports automatic variation of the resulting trade-off analyses in response to variations in upstream parameters, assumptions, and/or requirements not explicitly used in the optimization problem but which nevertheless impact the results. When mathematically feasible, the CMS can back-solve for values of one or more of the upstream parameters so that one or more selected attributes of the trade-off envelope achieve user-specified values. The coupled use of a CMS with multi-objective optimization avoids the extremely laborious procedure of generating a very large set of permutations of inputs and factors and then restricting the analysis to those that have desired outputs or of having the user manually “reformulate” the equation set so that it solves in the desired direction.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for burn-in of semiconductor devices is disclosed. A semiconductor device that includes built-in self test circuitry is coupled to a socket on a burn-in board. The burn in board and the semiconductor device are heated. Burn-in instructions can be transmitted to the semiconductor device through a JTAG terminal of the semiconductor device. Upon receiving a burn-in instruction through a JTAG terminal, the built-in self test circuitry is operable to perform one or more burn-in function. This allows for burn-in of a semiconductor device without any transfer of data through the data input terminals of the semiconductor device.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to automated decisioning for a credit request associated with an applicant. Information associated with an applicant is received. Data associated with the applicant is received from at least one data source. A user interface is configured to allow a user to provide a definition of decision rules in a near-natural language. Information associated with the decision rules is determined based on the definition of the decision rules. A selection of rule flow information associated with the decision rules is received through the user computer interface. A decision is generated based on the information associated with the applicant, data associated with the applicant from the at least one data source, the information associated with the decision rules, and the selection of information associated with decision rules. The decision is displayed.
