The apparatus for correcting location information of mobile communication terminals, includes: a handler to collect location measurement information of the mobile communication terminals, and environment information containing locations of base stations and arrangements of roads or buildings from a network; a database to store the location measurement information and the environment information; an analysis unit to analyze the location measurement information and the environment information to generate correction maps; a correction map database to store the correction maps; and a service unit to refer to the correction maps and to provide a corrected location estimate service, a corrected location measurement service, or a correction-value broadcast service to mobile communication terminals which request location services.

    摘要： A liquid tank capable of detecting liquid level when the tank is rotated. The liquid tank includes an airtight vessel to store the liquid; and at least two electrodes installed inside the airtight vessel. The distal ends of the electrodes are positioned at a central volume of the airtight vessel. A fuel cell adopting the liquid tank maintains the liquid level in the tank near 50% of the full level even when the fuel cell is rotated.

    摘要： A method of coating phosphor powder with a composite oxide, and a light emitting device that employs the phosphor powder coated with the composite oxide are disclosed. The method includes mixing a silicon oxide precursor and a precursor of another oxide in water and alcohol to form a primary coating layer on a sulfide phosphor through a sol-gel reaction, heat treating the primary coating layer to form a composite oxide layer of the silicon oxide and the other oxide from the primary coating layer. The method improves moisture stability of the sulfide phosphor compared to a sulfide phosphor coated with a single silicon oxide film.
