摘要： A method for connecting to a network from a mobile terminal capable of forming a high-performance radio channel in a Universal Mobile Telecommunication System (UMTS), and an apparatus implementing the same are provided. The method includes transmitting a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection request message indicating a first release version to the network, receiving an RRC connection setup message indicating a second release version from the network, comparing the first and second release versions, determining whether there is a third release version lower than the first release version and higher than the second release version when the second release version differs from the first, and, if there is the third release version lower than the first release version and higher than the second release version, transmitting an RRC connection request message indicating the third release version to the network when the second release version differs from the first release version.

摘要： An internal antenna of a wireless communication terminal, in which internal style folded monopole antenna is installed, is provided. The internal antenna of a wireless communication terminal includes a folded monopole antenna. The folded monopole antenna includes two folded radiation planes having a quarter wavelength, and reactances loaded to predetermined positions of the two radiation planes. Therefore, a space for installing the antenna in the terminal is minimized, and due to the no directional characteristics, the internal antenna can be applied to a wireless communication system of dual bandwidths.

The present invention has suggested a method for effectively contacting an upper electrode for forming a capacitor with a lower electrode since the storage capacitor is located under the channel. Compared to a prior art in which one of storage capacitor electrodes is formed side by side with a channel of a thin film transistor, capacitor electrodes formed according to the present invention are located near to a substrate, thereby forming contact electrodes in many times without forming them one time.

摘要： Provided is a display system for transmitting FM signals to an external audio system having an FM reception function. The display system includes: a tuner for receiving an RF signal and dividing the RF signal into a video signal and an audio signal; an audio processor for receiving the audio signal from the tuner; an FM detector for searching usable channels or unused channels among FM frequency bands of a reception area and transmitting information on the unused channels; a microprocessor for setting at least one of the unused channels as an available channel, the unused channels being provided from the FM detector; a memory for storing the available channel under control of the microprocessor; and an FM transmitter for receiving the audio signal from the audio processor and transmitting the audio signal over at least one channel selected among the channels stored in the memory under control of the microprocessor.

The organic EL device comprises a substrate having a first electrode arranged on an active region, at least one organic material layer formed on the first electrode, a second electrode formed on the organic material layer so as to extend to an inactive region of the substrate to allow heat of the device to be dissipated to an outside therethrough, and a seal-cup facing the second electrode while being sealingly connected with the second electrode at a seal line via a sealant. The organic EL device can effectively lower an interior temperature of the device while preventing degradation thereof, thereby remarkably increasing lifetime thereof, and enhance interface stability of the device, thereby remarkably suppressing degradation in characteristics of the device.
