摘要： A method of treating breast cancer is disclosed. The method comprises administering an FTI, at least one antihormonal agent (e.g., an aromatase inhibitor, an antiestrogen, and an LHRH analogue), optional chemotherapeutic agents (e.g., Trastuzumab), and optional radiation. For example, the treatment of breast cancer using the FTI and Anastrozole is disclosed. Also disclosed is a method of treating breast cancer using the FTI Anastrozole and Fulvestrant. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising an FTI, at least one antihormonal agent and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier; and compositions comprising an FTI, at least one antihormonal agent, at least one chemotherapeutic agent, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier; and compositions comprising an FTI, at least one chemotherapeutic agent, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
