摘要: In a microcomputer having two program execution states including a supervisor state and a user state, there is disposed a flag or a register having such a flag indicating whether or not a RAM area used in the supervisor state can be used in the user state by the CPU. A judge circuit determines whether or not the CPU has made an attempt to invalidly access the RAM in the user state based on the content of the flag or the register and that of the supervisor/user state specify bit in the status register. In a case of an occurrence of an access violation, a violation signal is sent to the CPU and the selection signal of the RAM is disabled (to be set to an ineffective state), thereby increasing the reliability of the system.

摘要: A single chip microcomputer formed on a semiconductor substrate includes a central processing unit, a ROM storing therein a program for operating the central processing unit, a digital signal processor, and a multi-port RAM. The digital signal processor develops an outline font on the multi-port RAM in accordance with a program stored in a storage unit provided in the digital signal processor. This eliminates the necessity of development of an outline font by the central processing unit and allows high speed execution of such development of an outline font. Further, the central processing unit and the digital signal processor can operate in a parallel relationship.

摘要: A bus error ascribable to a bus master module other than a central processing unit (CPU) is set as a specified factor for an exception process. When the exception process is requested, the CPU carries a corresponding service program for the exception process into execution without executing a process for altering and setting mask bits as is executed for an interrupt request. Thus, the exception process request specific to the bus error is not undesirably refused by the interrupt request etc. accepted before the bus error, and besides, a period of time which is expended before the start of the run of a service program corresponding to the bus error is shortened, with the result that the reliability of the process for the bus error attributed to the predetermined bus master module other than the CPU is enhanced.

摘要: A power supply unit designed to control a power output and protect an overload easily, economically with little loss. A DC output which is generated by smoothing a rectified current of a rectifier circuit connected to an AC power source is subjected to switching by a switching circuit, creating an AC output which is supplied to a current resonance circuit. A peak detection circuit detects the peak voltage of a resonance voltage of this current resonance circuit. On the basis of a comparison output of the voltage comparator comparing the peak voltage to the reference voltage of a reference voltage source, the switching frequency of the switching circuit is controlled by a switching control circuit so that it is controlled to cause the peak voltage to match the reference voltage. In this manner, the output power is maintained on the constant level.

摘要: A current detecting circuit detects amplitude of a current flowing toward the connecting point of a first transistor and a serial circuit through a second transistor and a comparing circuit compares amplitude of the current detected by the current detecting circuit with the reference value. An oscillation control circuit controls a control current supplied to an oscillating circuit in order to raise the oscillation frequency of the oscillating circuit when amplitude of the current detected by the current detecting circuit is smaller than the reference value as a result of comparison by the comparing circuit in view of preventing the oscillation frequency to be further lowered. Therefore, it is no longer required to design the apparatus by giving allowance to take into consideration the temperature characteristics and fluctuation of parts unlike the related art in which the minimum oscillation frequency of the oscillating circuit is set. Accordingly, variable range of the oscillation frequency can be expanded. As a result, it can be prevented that variable range of the oscillation frequency of the oscillating circuit becomes narrower.

摘要: A loom for automatically exchanging a full cloth beam for an empty one without stopping its weaving operation. The loom has a driving mechanism for driving a cloth beam to rotate and wind thereon woven fabric. After having wound thereon a predetermined amount of woven fabric, the cloth beam is ejected by an ejector mechanism and moved from the driving mechanism to a cloth beam support to be supported thereon. A cloth beam holder holding thereon an empty cloth beam, has a supplying mechanism for supplying the empty cloth beam to the driving mechanism. The ejector mechanism and the supplying mechanism are mechanically connected so as to operate in timed relation to each other. The woven fabric is separated from the full cloth beam by a cutting mechanism and has a loom side cut end portion. The loom side cut end portion of the woven fabric is wound on the empty cloth beam by a winding mechanism. The winding mechanism includes three kinds of air nozzles for blowing the loom side cut end portion of the woven fabric in desired directions. The cutter mechanism includes a fluid-drive rotary cutter blade driven at a high speed so that the cutting of woven fabric in a loose state is enabled.
