摘要: A user-assistant system for threat detection and convenience is disclosed. The system includes a primary device (e.g., handheld mobile device) configured to establish a local network with one or more secondary devices (e.g., wearable device). The primary device can couple the system to a wireless communications network. A first sensor monitors physical activity occurring within a threshold vicinity of a user, and a second sensor can measure a physical property of the user. The system can determine that the physical activity satisfies the first condition and that the measure of the physical property satisfies a second condition within a timeframe of the first condition being satisfied. In response to the first and second conditions being satisfied within the timeframe, the system performs an action configured to assist the user in real-time to interpret and respond to the physical activity in a real-world environment.

摘要: A vehicle system includes a display device that simulates a rear-facing mirror (e.g., rearview mirror). The display device displays a first video captured by a first camera to simulate the rear-facing mirror. The system detects a change in an orientation of the display device from a first orientation to a second orientation and, in response, causes the display device to display a second video captured by a second camera to maintain the simulation of the rearview mirror but from the second orientation. Alternatively, the system causes a corresponding change in the perspective of the first video being displayed on the display device thereby maintaining the effect of the rearview mirror.

摘要: An enhanced hazard detection device has multiple sensors. A primary sensor continuously monitors for a hazard in a vicinity of the enhanced hazard detection device, and a secondary sensor can detect or measure a physical property in the vicinity of the enhanced hazard detection device. The enhanced hazard detection device can include communications circuitry to wirelessly couple the enhanced hazard detection device to a local network. A power management controller of the enhanced hazard detection device can dynamically manage usable power, where usable power for the secondary sensor and the communications circuitry is conditioned on sufficient usable power being available for the primary sensor. As such, the enhanced hazard detection device can monitor a change in usable power and, if necessary, divert usable power from most of the multiple sensors and/or the communications circuitry to the primary sensor, to maintain uninterrupted hazard detection.
