Abstract: An exemplary OCT apparatus includes a scanner, controller, phase information generator, phase information processor. The scanner applies an OCT scan to an object using an optical scanner. The controller controls the scanner to perform a first scan that scans a cross section of the object in a first scan direction and a second scan that scans a cross section of the object in a second scan direction opposite to the first scan direction. The phase information generator generates first phase information based on first acquisition data acquired by the first scan and second phase information based on second acquisition data acquired by the second scan. The phase information processor generates composite phase information based on the first phase information and the second phase information.

Abstract: An ophthalmologic information processing apparatus according to the embodiments include a generator, an extractor, and a phase correction unit. The generator is configured to generate a phase difference profile by performing averaging processing in a depth direction on phase differences obtained by calculating for each depth position of A-lines between two adjacent B-frames of complex OCT data of a subject's eye. The extractor is configured to a phase drift from the phase difference profile generated by the generator. The phase correction unit is configured to correct a phase of first complex OCT data of any one of the two B-frames based on the phase drift extracted by the extractor.

Abstract: An ophthalmologic information processing apparatus according to the embodiments includes a search unit, a correction unit, and a display control unit. The search unit is configured to search for filter information for correcting an aberration in complex OCT data of a subject's eye so that a quality of the complex OCT data becomes a predetermined level. The correction unit is configured to correct the aberration in the complex OCT data based on the filter information searched by the search unit. The display control unit is configured to display, on a display means, aberration information on a pupil surface of the subject's eye corresponding to the filter information searched by the search unit.

Abstract: Optical coherence tomography (OCT) angiography (OCTA) data is generated by one or more machine learning systems to which OCT data is input. The OCTA data is capable of visualization in three dimensions (3D) and can be generated from a single OCT scan. Further, motion artifact can be removed or attenuated in the OCTA data by performing the OCT scans according to special scan patterns and/or capturing redundant data, and by the one or more machine learning systems.
