    Abstract: An ophthalmic apparatus according to an embodiment includes a fixation system, a data acquisition device, analyzing circuitry, and controlling circuitry. The fixation system projects fixation light onto a subject's eye. The data acquisition device acquires data by applying optical coherence tomography scanning to the subject's eye onto which the fixation light is being projected. The analyzing circuitry analyzes the data to specify the position of a predetermined site of the subject's eye. The controlling circuitry controls at least one of the fixation system and the data acquisition device based on the positional relationship between the position of the predetermined site specified by the analyzing circuitry and a scan area by the data acquisition device.

The controller controls the movement mechanism so as to maintain a positional relationship between the subject's eye and the optical system based on an anterior segment image acquired by the imaging unit in an anterior segment mode for acquiring data of the anterior segment by the optical system, and controls the movement mechanism so as to maintain the positional relationship based on a fundus image acquired by the imaging unit in a fundus mode for acquiring data of the fundus by the optical system.

    Abstract: An ophthalmologic processing apparatus according to embodiments acquires data of a fundus of a subject's eye optically. The ophthalmologic apparatus includes a fixation system, an image acquisition unit, a specifying unit, and a determination unit. The fixation system is configured to project fixation light onto an eye of a subject. The image acquisition unit is configured to acquire an image of the fundus of the subject's eye in a state where the fixation light is projected by the fixation system. The specifying unit is configured to analyze the image acquired by the image acquisition unit to specify an image region corresponding to a predetermined site of the fundus. The determination unit is configured to determine whether or not the image region specified by the specifying unit is included within a predetermined range in the image acquired by the image acquisition unit.

    Abstract: An ophthalmologic apparatus of an embodiment example includes a front image acquiring device, a first search processor, and a second search processor. The front image acquiring device is configured to acquire a front image of a fundus of a subject's eye. The first search processor is configured to search for an interested region corresponding to an interested site of the fundus based on a brightness variation in the front image. The second search processor is configured to search for the interested region by template matching between the front image and a template image in the event that the interested region has not been detected by the first search processor.
