摘要： An injection molding machine and screw therefor with which, when mixing reinforcing fibers in a molten resin and injection molding same, the reinforcing fibers can be uniformly dispersed in the molten resin. For a screw provided in an injection molding machine, a mixing section is provided on the downstream side of a compression section. Three helical flights (x, y, z) are provided in the mixing section and three grooves, which are helically disposed in the opposite or the same direction as the orientation of the flights, are formed. As a result of the grooves, it is possible to keep the fiber lengths of the reinforcing fibers long and even if the reinforcing fibers become tangled in the compression section, the fibers are defibrated in the mixing section, the shearing of long fibers in the molten resin is mitigated, the reinforcing fibers are dispersed uniformly and a good product is obtained.

摘要： The present invention provides a kneader/extruder that is provided with a heating cylinder (16), a screw (17) housed in the heating cylinder (16) so as to be capable of rotation and forward/backward movement, and a die (18) attached to the tip of the heating cylinder (16), and generates a plastic compound (6) having a reinforcement fiber kneaded therein, said kneader/extruder being provided with a shutter member (19) that opens and closes a compound extrusion port (18a) provided in the die (18), and performing kneading and extrusion of the compound (6) intermittently. The shutter member (19) may be provided with a scraper (20) that scrapes the compound (6) off from the surface of the die (18). Due to this, this kneader/extruder can generate a one-press portion of the compound and can be easily maintained.

摘要： A vertical injection molding machine has a rotary table rotatably in an axial direction as a vertical direction, lower molds on an upper surface of the rotary table, and an upper mold for opening and closing the lower molds, and opening and closing mold in a vertical direction. The vertical injection molding machine has a robot mounted on the lower molds on the plane surface part of the fiber resin base material and a heater for heating the fiber resin base material mounted on the lower molds, and when the plane surface part of the fiber resin base material facing the lower molds is defined as a lower surface, and an opposite surface being defined as an upper surface, an upper and a lower directions of the fiber resin base material is matched to a mold opening and closing direction of the upper mold and the lower molds.
