摘要： An outer weatherstrip formed of a thermoplastic elastomer fitted to an upper edge portion of a door panel of an automobile door, for sealing a space between the door panel and a door glass includes a main body consisting of a vehicle interior-side side wall, a top wall, and a vehicle exterior-side side wall, and an upper seal lip and a lower seal lip protruding from the vehicle interior-side side wall to the door glass side. A plasticizer-rich layer and a plasticizer-rich layer containing a higher proportion of a plasticizer component compared to the thermoplastic elastomer forming the upper seal lip and the lower seal lip are formed on the sides of the upper seal lip and the lower seal lip abutting on the door glass.

摘要： An opening trim weatherstrip includes: a mounting base portion which is mounted on a flange; and a hollow seal portion, which is configured to be brought into abutment with a door frame or an outer circumference of a door panel of a motor vehicle door to seal a gap between the motor vehicle door and a vehicle body opening portion circumferential edge, including: a hollow root portion which is formed from the mounting base portion; and a hollow extension portion which is provided so as to extend transversely outwards from the hollow root portion; wherein a deformation rigidity of the hollow extension portion at a portion where the opening trim weatherstrip is mounted on a portion of the vehicle body opening portion circumferential edge which lies near a door hinge is higher than a deformation rigidity of the hollow extension portion at the other portion.

摘要： An object of the present invention is, even when the design of a weather strip body with a specific gravity of about 0.5 to 0.85 is improved using a nonwoven fabric, to provide a weather strip with excellent trackability and excellent adhesiveness between the weather strip body and the nonwoven fabric. The weather strip of the present invention comprises a weather strip body having a specific gravity of 0.5 to 0.85 and made of an ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber, an adhesive resin sheet comprising random polypropylene and a polypropylene-based thermoplastic elastomer, and a nonwoven fabric, said nonwoven fabric being attached to the weather strip body via the adhesive resin sheet.

摘要： An opening trim weather strip includes an attaching base portion and a hollow seal portion. The hollow seal portion is formed to be divided into a first hollow portion and a second hollow portion. The first hollow portion includes a first outer peripheral sidewall extending from an opening end of a vehicle outside sidewall of the attaching base portion, the hollow seal portion connection wall, a first inner peripheral sidewall, and the vehicle outside sidewall. The second hollow portion includes a second outer peripheral sidewall and a second inner peripheral sidewall. A connector between the first outer peripheral sidewall and the second outer peripheral sidewall forms a hollow seal portion bent portion, and an outer surface of the hollow seal portion bent portion is formed to be positioned in the inner peripheral direction of the vehicle body opening peripheral edge than the tip portion of the second hollow portion.

The trim portion includes: a main body portion including a first and second side wall portions provided on a vehicle outer side and a vehicle inner side, respectively; a first and second holding lips extending from the first and second side wall portions, respectively; and a first extended wall portion extending from a distal end portion of the first side wall portion. In a trim portion attaching direction, a distal end portion of the first side wall portion is positioned at, or on the weatherstrip inner circumferential side of, a boundary portion between the trim portion and an inner circumferential surface of the seal portion, and a distal end portion of the second side wall portion is positioned on the weatherstrip inner circumferential side of a distal end portion of the first extended wall portion.
