    摘要: The present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing an aluminum alloy member capable of suppressing deterioration in ductility thereof. In the method for manufacturing an aluminum alloy member, an aluminum alloy casting material that contains 2.0 to 5.5 mass % of Cu, and 4.0 to 7.0 mass % of Si in which a content of Mg is 0.5 mass % or less, a content of Zn is 1.0 mass % or less, a content of Fe is 1.0 mass % or less, a content of Mn is 0.5 mass % or less and the balance is made of Al and inevitable impurities is used. The method for manufacturing an aluminum alloy member includes a heating and holding step of heating and holding the aluminum alloy casting material within a solid-liquid coexisting temperature region; and a quenching step of rapidly cooling the aluminum ally casting material after performing the heating and holding step.

    摘要: A core grasping apparatus according to the present disclosure grasps a core including a core main body and a core print provided at one end of the core main body. The core grasping apparatus includes: a first holding device and a second holding device respectively including expandable and contractible first and second holding parts; and a turning suppression part configured to suppress the core from turning upon the core print being grasped by the first holding device and the second holding device. The first holding device and the second holding device grasp the core print by respectively expanding the first holding part and the second holding part, and the turning suppression part applies a force that suppresses a turning moment acting on the core to the core print.

    摘要: Provided is a core grasping method of grasping a core using a core grasping apparatus. The core grasping apparatus includes grasping devices respectively having expandable and contractible grasping parts. The core includes holes, and at least one of the holes has an inside diameter that decreases in the opposite direction from a direction of a turning moment occurring on the core. The core grasping method involves, when grasping the core, expanding the grasping parts inserted in the holes so as to bring the grasping parts into contact with inner walls of the holes of the core, and grasping the core and applying a force that suppresses the turning moment to the core.

    摘要: In a die casting apparatus, during feeding of molten metal by an electromagnetic pump, a molten metal level sensor repeatedly detects a during-feeding level of the molten metal stored in a molten metal holding furnace; a control unit corrects a molten metal feeding voltage to a during-feeding voltage based on the repeatedly detected during-feeding level of the molten metal such that an amount of the molten metal fed by the electromagnetic pump coincides with a prescribed amount; the control unit applies the during-feeding voltage to the electromagnetic pump to cause the electromagnetic pump to feed the molten metal from the molten metal holding furnace into a plunger sleeve; and casting is performed through an injecting operation in which the molten metal fed into the plunger sleeve is extruded by a plunger tip to be injected into a cavity.

    摘要: The invention provides a die casting apparatus which pumps up molten metal from a molten metal holding furnace through an electromagnetic pump pipe provided with an electromagnetic pump, supplies the pumped-up molten metal to an injection sleeve through the molten metal supply pipe connected with the electromagnetic pump pipe, and a cavity of a die is charged with the molten metal by injecting the molten metal by using an injection tip. An upper end side of the electromagnetic pump pipe and an upper end side of the molten metal supply pipe are connected with each other. The upper end side of the electromagnetic pump pipe is inserted into the upper end side of the molten metal supply pipe, and extends inside the molten metal supply pipe.

The transfer device is configured such that the robot arm moves the core grasping mechanism so as to place the core in the first mold segment, and moves the casting receiving part so as to receive the casting by the casting receiving part.
