Abstract: To effectively determine that a vehicle is traveling a parking lot, provided is a parking lot determination device for recognizing, based on image data acquired by capturing a periphery of a vehicle, a parking space and/or a parked vehicle in the periphery of the vehicle, and determining that the vehicle is traveling in a parking lot when a determination condition that a predetermined number or more of adjacent parking spaces and/or adjacent parked vehicles are recognized is satisfied, wherein the predetermined number to be used for the determination condition is reduced when a predetermined specific parking space is included in at least one or more parking spaces recognized based on the image data compared with the predetermined number to be used when the specific parking space is not included.

Abstract: Provided is a driving support device (1) including a control device which has an acceleration suppression function of suppressing acceleration of an own vehicle when the own vehicle is determined to be positioned in a parking area (PA) including a parking spot row (PSA) and an erroneous depression operation is determined to be executed on an accelerator pedal (AP). The control device predicts a trajectory (T) of the own vehicle in a case in which the own vehicle travels when a speed (vs) of the own vehicle is equal to or higher than a predetermined speed, and further predicts a time (Δt) required for the own vehicle to reach a point at which the trajectory (T) and the parking spot row (PSA) intersect with each other. The control device determines that the own vehicle is positioned in the parking area (PA) when the predicted time (Δt) is equal to or shorter than a predetermined time. When the speed (vs) of the own vehicle is lower than the predetermined speed or the own vehicle is stopped, the control device determines that the own vehicle is positioned in the parking area (PA) in a case in which a determination target region (A0), which has a predetermined length, extends from the own vehicle toward a traveling direction, and is defined in accordance with a turning angle of the own vehicle, and the parking spot row (PSA) overlap each other.

Abstract: A vehicle driving assistance device includes a processor. The processor is configured to execute acceleration suppression control for suppressing acceleration of a driver's vehicle in a case where a predetermined prohibition condition is not satisfied when an erroneous acceleration operation precondition is satisfied while a traveling condition is satisfied. The traveling condition is a condition for determining that the driver's vehicle is traveling. The erroneous acceleration operation precondition is a precondition for determining that an acceleration operation is erroneously performed. The acceleration operation is an operation performed by a driver of the driver's vehicle to request the acceleration of the driver's vehicle. The predetermined prohibition condition is based on a relationship between the driver's vehicle and an external environment of the driver's vehicle.
