摘要: The disclosure herein provides a technique that provides increased strength to a jointed site of ends of two channel-shaped plates. A first (second) channel-shaped plate includes an elongated first (second) main plate, a first (second) upper flange, and a first (second) lower flange. The first channel-shaped plate includes a first extension at an end thereof, the first extension extending from the first lower flange and a lower part of the first main plate, and extending in a longitudinal direction of the channel-shaped plate. The second channel-shaped plate includes a second extension same as the first extension. The ends of the first and the second channel-shaped plates are assembled and joined such that the first extension is located outside the second channel-shaped plate and the second extension is located outside the first channel-shaped plate. A reinforcement plate is joined to both of the first main plate and the second main plate.

摘要: A body of an electric vehicle may include: a floor panel; a pair of rockers extending along both side edges of the floor panel, respectively; an indoor floor crossmember protruding upward from the floor panel and connecting the rockers to each other; an outdoor floor crossmember protruding downward from the floor panel, connecting the rockers to each other, and located rearward of the indoor floor crossmember; and a battery case located below the floor panel and housing a battery configured to supply power to a traction motor. The battery case may extend from a position located frontward of the indoor floor crossmember to a position that is located rearward of the indoor floor crossmember and frontward of the outdoor floor crossmember.

摘要: An onboard battery includes an accommodation case that has an upper accommodation unit and a lower accommodation unit positioned below the upper accommodation unit battery modules each having battery cells, and joints that couple the upper accommodation unit and the lower accommodation unit to each other. At least one battery module is accommodated in each of the upper accommodation unit and the lower accommodation unit. When a predetermined load or more is applied to the upper accommodation unit, a stress acts on the joints such that the upper accommodation unit and the lower accommodation unit are separated from each other, and the upper accommodation unit is moved away from the lower accommodation unit.
