Abstract: A manufacturing apparatus includes a support structure which supports a lay-up head and a trimming head, a guide member which is provided corresponding to the support structure and supports the support structure so that the support structure is movable along a lay-up base, and a driving mechanism which moves the support structure on the guide member, in which in the lay-up process, the support structure allows the trimming head supported on the support structure to be placed in a trimming head retracted position which does not interfere with the lay-up head, in the trimming process, the support structure allows the lay-up head supported on the support structure to be placed in a lay-up head retracted position which does not interfere with the trimming head.

Abstract: A continuous forming apparatus of a fiber reinforced composite includes a tension detection mechanism, a drive motor, and a drive control device. The drive control device is configured so that a material roll is rotationally driven in a delivery direction of a reinforced fiber base material during a time period from a time point of end of pressurization in a forming process to a time point of end of a pulling-out process, and is also configured to perform tension control on the reinforced fiber base material based on a detected tension value from the tension detection mechanism and a target tension value, during a time period from a time point of start of the pulling-out process to a time point of end of the pressurization in the forming process in a next forming operation.

Abstract: A slitter device includes a first tension detecting unit for obtaining a raw-cloth tension value which is a tension value of a sheet material fed out from a let-off mechanism, a second tension detecting unit for obtaining a divided material tension value which is the sum of the tension values of each of divided sheet materials, and a drive control device which includes a comparator to which the first tension detecting unit and the second tension detecting unit are connected, and which compares the raw-cloth tension value and the divided material tension value with each other; and a drive controller which controls an operating state of a roll driving motor such that the raw-cloth tension value and the divided material tension value coincide or substantially coincide with each other based on the comparison result of the comparator.

Abstract: A cutting mechanism includes a cutter roll and a rotational driving mechanism for rotationally driving the cutter roll. The cutter roll has a roll body and a blade portion protruding from a peripheral surface of the roll body. The blade portion is formed at a same position on a circumference of the roll body and extends in an axial direction of the roll body. The cutter roll is arranged so that the axial direction is at a predetermined angle with respect to a pull-out direction of the reinforcing fiber material. The cutting mechanism further includes a slide mechanism that displaces cutter roll in the axial direction toward a side in the pull-out direction of the reinforcing fiber material at least when the reinforcing fiber material is cut.
