    摘要: A drive control apparatus for a forklift. Based on the load state, it is determined whether to limit a maximum vehicle speed and an acceleration/deceleration during traveling of the forklift. Limitation contents regarding the maximum vehicle speed and the acceleration/deceleration is determined based on a determination result of whether to put the limitations. A speed of the engine is adjusted based on the determined limitation contents, thereby controlling driving of the forklift. When the determined limitation contents are changed, an acceleration/deceleration limitation value is selected from a plurality of acceleration/deceleration limitation values according to the pattern of the change of the limitation contents, and drive control related to the acceleration/deceleration is executed to limit the acceleration/deceleration of the forklift by using the selected acceleration/deceleration limitation value.

    摘要: A travel control apparatus for a forklift is disclosed. The forklift is provided with a loading device that performs load handling operations by raising and lowering a load, and a drive motor which generates a drive force for travel and is capable of generating a braking force. The apparatus is provided with a sensor for detecting the speed of the motor, a seat switch, a height switch, a load sensor, and a control section. The control section causes the drive motor to generate a braking force when the seat switch detects that the driver has left the seat in the case where the motor speed sensor detects a traveling state, and also changes the strength of the braking in accordance with the height of the loading device and the weight of the load.

If a limitation canceling condition is met while the vehicle speed is limited, a control section cancels a vehicle speed limitation state, and executes a loading priority control in which an actuation of a loading device is prioritized. Thus, when a loading device is actuated during driving with a speed limit, the stability of the forklift is ensured while improving the workability of the loading operation.

The forklift is provided with a loading device that performs load handling operations by raising and lowering a load, and a drive motor which generates a drive force for travel and is capable of generating a braking force.
