    摘要: A stretched multilayer polypropylene film is described, comprising a stretched crystalline polypropylene layer and a layer of a composition (Composition B) laminated on at least one side of said polypropylene layer, wherein the composition B comprises a homo- or copolymer composed mainly of ethylene, propylene or butene-1 and having a melting point of 150.degree. C. or less, and a vinylcycloalkane polymer in an amount of 0.05 wt ppm to 10 wt % calculated as a vinylcycloalkane unit. This multilayer film is greatly improved in optical properties such as excellent see-through properties without deteriorating its good heat sealability. Thus it is very useful for wrapping.

    摘要: A propylene block copolymer produced by polymerizing propylene, ethylene and an .alpha.-olefin having 4 to 8 carbon atoms in two stages with a Zieglar-Natta catalyst by a process which comprises (A) supplying propylene and ethylene in the first stage and propylene and the .alpha.-olefin in the second stage, or (B) supplying propylene and the .alpha.-olefin in the first stage and propylene and ethylene in the second stage, to the polymerization system, wherein the amounts of propylene and ethylene supplied in the first stage of (A) or in the second stage of (B) are 90 to 99 wt % and 10 to 1 wt % based on the total amount of propylene and ethylene supplied in the first stage of (A) or in the second stage of (B), respectively, the amounts of propylene and the .alpha.-olefin supplied in the second stage of (A) or in the first stage of (B) are 60 to 98 wt % and 40 to 2 wt % based on the total amount of propylene and the .alpha.-olefin supplied in the second stage of (A) or in the first stage of (B), respectively, and the amounts of copolymers formed in the first and second stages are 20 to 90 wt % and 80 to 10 wt % based on the final block copolymer, respectively.

    摘要: A process for producing an olefin polymer by polymerizing an olefin with a catalyst system comprising an organoaluminum compound and a supported catalyst component prepared by using as the carrier a solid product obtained by the reaction of an organomagnesium compound with an aluminum halide compound and/or a silicon halide compound, by heating a liquid ether complex of titanium trichloride in the presence of said carrier, and further reacting the resulting titanium trichloride-containing solid product with titanium tetrachloride. By this process, the olefin polymer having a broad molecular weight distribution suitable for flow molding or extrusion molding is produced.

    摘要: A method for preparing a solid catalyst comprising reacting a titanium trichloride composition with a mixture of(1) an ether compound and carbon atom and represented by the general formula (IV): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.5, R.sup.6 and R.sup.7, which may be the same or different, each has up to 18 carbon atoms and represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon group, which may be straight chain, branched chain or cyclic, or an aromatic hydrocarbon group, with at least one of R.sup.5, R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 being an aromatic hydrocarbon group, with at least one of R.sup.5, R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 being an aromatic hydrocarbon group, the amount of the hydrocarbon compound being about 0.01 to about 10 moles per mole of titanium trichloride in the titanium trichloride composition; and/or(2) (b) an organic sulfur compound represented by the general formulas (VI) and (VIII):R.sup.9 --S--S--R.sup.10 (V)HS--(CH.sub.2).sub.d --SH (VI)wherein each of R.sup.9 and R.sup.10 has up to 18 carbon atoms and represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon group, which may be straight chain, branched chain or cyclic, or an aromatic hydrocarbon group, where R.sup.9 and R.sup.10 may be the same or different; and d is an integer of 2 to 8, the amounts of the organic sulfur compounds represented by the formulas of (VI) and (VII) being about 0.05 to about 1.0 mole and about 0.001 to about 0.2 mole per mole of titanium trichloride in the titanium trichloride composition, respectively.The catalyst, in combination with organoaluminum compounds as activators, being useful to polymerize olefins for the efficient production of highly crystalline olefin polymers.

    摘要: An inorganic filler-containing polyolefin composition which comprises100 parts by weight of a polyolefin,1-100 parts by weight of an inorganic filler.0.01-1.0 part by weight of a phenolic antioxidant represented by the general formula (I) shown below, andat least one compound selected from the group consisting of the compounds represented by the general formulas (II) to (IV) shown below, and optionally 0.01-1.0 part by weight of a sulfur antioxidant and/or 0.01-2.0 parts by weight of a light stabilizer. ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents an alkyl group of 1-3 carbon atoms,R.sub.2 --CO--NH--(CH.sub.2).sub.n --HN--CO--R.sub.2 (II) wherein R.sub.2 represents an alkyl group or an alkenyl group of 5-21 carbon atoms, and n is an integer of 1 to 6.R.sub.3 --CONH.sub.2 (III) wherein R.sub.3 represents an alkyl group or an alkenyl group of 5-21 carbon atoms. ##STR2## wherein R.sub.4 represents and alkyl group, an alkenyl group or an acyl group (R'--CO) of 8-18 carbon atoms, m and n are integers which meet m+n-2 to 10, R' represents an aliphatic carbon chain which may be saturated or unsaturated, and R.sub.5 represents an alkyl group or an alkenyl group of 7-17 carbon atoms.Excellent thermal-oxidation stability and/or light stability are obtained.
