摘要: A method of making isotropic Mn-Al-C alloy magnets which comprises the step of subjecting an alloy comprising 71.0% to 73.0% by weight of manganese, (1/10 Mn -- 6.6)% to (1/3 Mn -- 22.2)% by weight of carbon and the remainder aluminum to plastic deformation at a temperature of 550.degree.C to 780.degree.C.By utilizing this method, it is possible to obtain isotropic Mn-Al-C alloy magnets having excellent magnetic characteristics, i.e. (BH)max = 2.0 .times. 10.sup.6 G. Oe or more.

C.The permanent magnet has excellent mechanical characteristics and magnetic properties such that the (BH) max is above 4.8 .times. 10.sup.6 G.Oe up to about 9.2 .times. 10.sup.6 G.Oe in its bulk state.

摘要: The present invention provides a white organic electroluminescent element which can emits white light and is free from deviation of chromaticity. This organic electroluminescent element comprises a substrate and, provided on the substrate, at least an anode, a cathode, and a light emitting layer held between the anode and the cathode. This organic electroluminescent element is characterized in that the light emitting layer contains at least three types of light emitting materials different from each other in λ max, and the absolute value of HOMO level of the light emitting material having the shortest wavelength is smaller than the absolute value of HOMO level of the other light emitting materials.

摘要: A drive-control apparatus for an electric-drive vehicle drives and controls a vehicle driven by electric power generated from mechanical power produced by an internal combustion engine (1). In order to cool down an electric power converter (3) without increasing the engine-rotation speed during deceleration of the locomotive using electric braking; the drive-control apparatus includes a braking resistor (10) for dissipating electric power that is generated by a main rotating machine (4) and supplied through the electric power converter (3); a fan motor (7), whose pole number is changeable, supplied with alternating electric power that is generated by an auxiliary generator (6) and has a frequency proportional to a rotation speed of the internal combustion engine (1); a fan (8) for making an air flow in order to cool down the electric power converter (3), being driven by the fan motor (7); a pole-number-changing switch (9) for changing the pole number of the fan motor (7); and a controlling unit for controlling the internal combustion engine (1), the electric power converter (3), the braking resistor (10), and the pole-number-changing switch (9).

摘要: In a work machine equipped with a switchover means enabling selective operation of traveling devices and a work device by means of common operating levers, switchover can easily be performed and also easily recognized. In a work machine having traveling devices and a work device, operating levers that are capable of operating the traveling devices and the work device are respectively disposed at the sides of an operating seat.
