    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a compact, high-power rotating electric machine by downsizing coil ends on a distributed-wound stator using rectangular wires in comparison with the conventional one or by enhancing coil heat radiation from the coil ends or slot insertion portions.A stator (110) comprises a stator core (112), and stator coils (114) inserted into stator slots (112S) formed between a plurality of stator teeth (112T) formed on the stator core, and wound around the stator teeth in the form of distributed winding. Each stator coil (114) includes a plurality of rectangular wires having insulating coating, and the plurality of rectangular wires are inserted into the one stator slot. The direction of arrangement of the plurality of rectangular wires in the stator slot is different from that of the plurality of rectangular wires at both coil ends outside the stator slot.

    摘要: A concentrated winding coil according to the present invention comprises a plurality of coil layers each of which comprises a plurality of wire turns wound in alignment winding; and a bobbin comprising an inner flange, an outer flange and a bobbin body on which the wire is wound, wherein: each of the coil layers includes a turn shift portion where the wire is shifted from an n-th turn to an (n+1)-th turn; the turn shift portion is located only on a side of a coil end section of the coil; and the bobbin body has no guide grooves. Furthermore, a method of manufacturing the concentrated winding coil according to the present invention comprises steps of: winding the wire on the bobbin; and pressing the wire by a wire guiding/holding member toward the inner flange or toward the outer flange.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a small, high-power rotating electrical machine by suitably forming a distributed winding coil such that two stator magnetic poles each formed of in-phase coil turns are arranged within an electric angle of 360 degrees formed by magnetic poles of the rotor. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a stator, the method including a first step of placing a distributed winding coil 207 composed of a wire wound around a reel 210, as a whole, inside a stator core 202, and a second step of moving an insertion blade 213 so as to spread the distributed winding coil 207 in the radial direction of the stator core 202, thus inserting the distributed winding coil 207 into a stator core slot 206.

    摘要: The stator includes a plurality of concentrated winding coils disposed coupled into an annular form through yokes, and a plurality of conductors that couple the coil ends of the concentrated winding coils to each other in a multi-phase connection fashion. Conductors for a U-phase, a V-phase, a W-phase, and neutral points P are each formed of a plurality of holes for inserting therethrough coil ends and are substantially circular with different diameters, and are disposed on the same plane. A connection plate provided with a wall is inserted between the conductors and the concentrated winding coils. A rotating machine includes the above-mentioned stator and a rotor that is rotatable within the stator.

    摘要: A rotating electrical machine includes a rotor, in which a plurality of magnetic poles are provided in circumferential direction, and a stator, within which the rotor is disposed. In the stator, two stator magnetic poles are formed by winding coils of one phase and by a stator core of the stator within 360° of electrical angle defined by the magnetic poles of the rotor. The coils that form respective stator magnetic poles have angular widths in circumferential direction of less than 180° of electrical angle, the coils that form the respective two stator magnetic poles are provided so as not to mutually overlap and are wound so that adjacent ones of the stator magnetic poles have mutually opposite polarities, and, in the stator, each winding of each coil consists of an external bridge wire, a turn portion, an internal bridge wire, and a turn portion, in that order.
