摘要: When a first data bus line and a second data bus line as a pair are used as a complementary bus, a complementary data signal ZDATA1 is provided to the second data bus line, and an output buffer circuit that becomes unnecessary is rendered inactive. On the other hand, when the first and second data bus lines are used as two single data buses, a differential amplifier transmits two data signals without amplification to the first and second data bus lines. A data signal DATA2 is provided to the second data bus line. The output buffer circuit is activated, and a data signal ZDATA2 is output from an output node.

摘要: The semiconductor memory device has a formal mode and a test mode as operating modes. The program circuit includes a fuse element in which an address using a spare memory cell instead of a defective memory cell is programmed. The program circuit confirms a disconnection state of a fuse in a condition severer in the test mode than that in the normal mode. An anomaly is notified to outside by a detection circuit in a case where results are different between the test mode and the normal mode. In a case where a fuse is not completely blown, such a fuse can also be detected in the test mode to exclude a defective chip.

摘要: When an inputted column address CA and a defect address are compared with each other, an preset defect address and a defect conversion address obtained by inverse conversion of the defect address are both inputted to a comparison circuit. In the comparison circuit, coincidence determination operations are performed being switched between when address conversion is applied to the column address CA and when no address conversion is applied thereto, thereby coincidence comparison can be effected without using the column address CA after an address conversion operation; therefore, a delay in a determination operation accompanying a conversion operation is canceled to perform high speed data reading.

摘要: The present invention provides a thermoelectric conversion element, a thermoelectric conversion element module, and a method of manufacturing the same that can easily realize high-density arrangement of thermoelectric conversion elements and securement of connection reliability. The thermoelectric conversion element has, for example, rod-shaped thermoelectric conversion material, tube that has an insulation property and an adiabatic property and houses thermoelectric conversion material, and electrodes that are in close adhesion to the end surfaces of thermoelectric conversion material and tube. A surface roughness Ra of the end surfaces is larger than 0.8 micrometers. In the present invention, the thermoelectric conversion elements can be arranged at a high density such that tubes are in close adhesion to each other. Also, since the close adhesion surface of electrodes on the end surfaces is large, the connection reliability of electrodes is further improved.

摘要: The invention provides a thermoelectric conversion module, which can implement a high power generation capacity and high reliability of electric connection between thermoelectric conversion elements and meet various diameters and lengths of a tube as a heat source. The thermoelectric conversion module includes a straight-chain module unit. In the module unit, plural P-type elements and plural N-type elements, which are alternately arrayed, are electrically connected in series by a braided wire A and a braided wire B. The braided wire A connects one end surface of the P-type element and one end surface of the N-type element. The braided wire B connects the other end surface of the P-type element and the other end surface of the N-type element. The braided wire B is shorter than the braided wire A. The thermoelectric conversion module including only the module unit is spirally wound around a tube as a heat source.
