摘要: An information recording method allows optical information having a recording mark length smaller than a spot diameter of laser light to be recorded on an optical recording medium having a recording layer, at high density by laser light pulse application. The information recording method has: a power calibration step of determining a recording power for recording a signal having a predetermined signal length in the recording layer using the laser light; and a complementing step of complementing, based on the recording power determined in the power calibration step, a recording power for recording a signal having a signal length equal to or less than ½ of the spot diameter of the laser light in the recording layer using the laser light. In the information recording method, for example, an extremely small mark, such as a 2T signal, can be precisely formed.

摘要: It is an object to provide a microstructure having cylindrical microdomains oriented in the film thickness direction and arranged in a regular pattern, for which a microphase separation phenomenon of a block copolymer is utilized. The process for producing the microstructure includes 2 steps; the first step for arranging, on a substrate (40), a polymer layer at least containing a block copolymer having a first block which constitutes a continuous phase (10) of the microstructure (30) and a second block which constitutes microdomains (20) dispersed in the continuous phase (10) and oriented in the thickness direction; and second step for thermally treating the substrate (40) at a neutral temperature (Tn), at which a first material (A) and second material (B) which constitute the respective first and second blocks have substantially the same interfacial tension with the substrate (40) surface (X).

摘要: There is provided a blower unit for an air conditioning system for an automotive vehicle. A casing accommodates a blower. The casing is formed with a recirculating air intake port for introducing recirculating air and a fresh air intake port for introducing fresh air. A recirculating air intake door opens and closes the recirculating air intake port. A fresh air intake door opens and closes the fresh air intake port. A linkage links the recirculating air intake door and the fresh air intake door to each other, thereby interlocking the recirculating air intake door and the fresh air intake door to each other. The linkage comprises linked state-setting means for selectively setting a linked state of the recirculating air intake door and the fresh air intake door to one of a first linked state in which when one of the recirculating air intake door and the fresh air intake door is fully closed, another of the recirculating air intake door and the fresh air intake door is opened to a first angle, and a second linked state in which when the one of the recirculating air intake door and the fresh air intake door is fully closed, the another of the recirculating air intake door and the fresh air intake door is opened to a second angle smaller than the first angle.
