As a result, the thickness of an outer layer on the first coil side is increased, that is, the magnetic path cross-sectional area of the outer layer is increased. Thus, the inductance of the first coil is decreased. The thickness of the outer layer on the second coil side is decreased, that is, the magnetic path cross-sectional area of the outer layer on the second coil side is decreased. Thus, the inductance of the second coil is decreased.

    摘要: In a method for manufacturing a laminated ceramic electronic component, a first transfer member and a second transfer member are prepared on a lamination stage to produce the laminated ceramic electronic component. The first transfer member includes a conductor-attached composite green sheet having a conductor on a portion of the surface thereof, including a non-magnetic ceramic region and a magnetic ceramic region, and a first carrier film that carries the conductor-attached composite green sheet. The second transfer member includes a ceramic green sheet and a carrier film that carries the ceramic green sheet. The laminated ceramic electronic component is thus produced through a first transfer step in which the ceramic green sheets are successively transferred, through a second transfer step in which the conductor-attached composite green sheet is transferred, and through a third transfer step in which the ceramic green sheet of the second transfer member is transferred. A desired conductor and a structure within a sintered ceramic body are produced with high accuracy, and the manufacturing process is greatly simplified, and costs of the laminated ceramic electronic component are greatly reduced.

The input electrode and the output electrode are disposed on both ends of the substrate. The grounding electrodes are disposed on side surfaces of the substrate in the center, and the conductor is disposed on an upper surface of the substrate. The conductor is a conductor with a high conductivity, a resistor or a coil. A capacity is generated between the conductor and the grounding electrode. If the conductor is a resistor, an RC circuit is formed.

The first and second coil conductors are electrically connected in series through via holes provided in the magnetic sheets to define a spiral coil. In the spiral coil, the first coil conductors are wound in the counter-clockwise direction, while the second coil conductors are wound in the clockwise direction.

    摘要: A feedthrough electronic device which has an electronic element with a feedthrough hole and a center conductor which penetrates the electronic element. The center conductor is composed of a lead line portion and a spring portion which protrudes from the lead line portion and contacts with an inner periphery of the electronic element with pressure. A wide portion for preventing deformation is provided at the spring portion. A ferrite bead, a doughnut-shaped capacitor or a tubular capacitor can be used as the electronic element which has a feedthrough hole. The lead line portion of the center conductor and the spring portion can be produced separately or integrally.

A coil includes a plurality of coil conductors incorporated in a multilayer structure, a plurality of lands provided at the plurality of coil conductors, and a via-hole conductor connecting the plurality of lands. Lead-out conductors are incorporated in the multilayer structure and connect the coil and external electrodes. The plurality of coil conductors form a substantially rectangular loop path in plan view from the z-axis direction by overlapping each other. The plurality of lands protrude toward outside the path at a short side of the path and do not overlap the lead-out conductors in plan view from the z-axis direction.
