    摘要： (1) An elastic nonwoven fabric and a fiber product using the elastic nonwoven fabric, the elastic nonwoven fabric containing a crystalline resin composition containing low crystalline polypropylene and high crystalline polypropylene, the low crystalline polypropylene satisfying items (a) and (b) below, and a crystallization temperature (Tc) of the crystalline resin composition measured with a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) being from 20 to 100° C.:(a) a melting point (Tm-D) being from 0 to 120° C., which is defined as a peak top of a peak observed on the most high temperature side of a melt endothermic curve obtained by maintaining at −10° C. for 5 minutes and increasing in temperature at 10° C. per minute in a nitrogen atmosphere with a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC); and(b) a stereoregularity index ([mm]) being from 50 to 90% by mol;(2) an elastic nonwoven fabric and a fiber product using the elastic nonwoven fabric, the elastic nonwoven fabric being produced by using a crystalline resin composition containing low crystalline polypropylene satisfying items (c) to (h) below, and a releasing agent: (c) [mmmm]=20 to 60% by mol; (d) [rrrr]/(1−[mmmm])≦0.1; (e) [rmrm]>2.5% by mol; (f) [mm]×[rr]/[mr]2≦2.0; (g) mass average molecular weight (Mw)=10,000 to 200,000; and (h) molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn)

    摘要： A cylindrical stabilizing means (stabilizer) for resin bubbles useful to perform shaping of tubular films without causing the fluctuation or breakage of resin bubbles even in case where a take up velocity of the tubular film is relatively large, cooling of tubular body of molten resin extrudated from a die is not sufficient or amount of extrudate from a die is relatively large, is provided. Said stabilizing means has penetration holes on the circumferential wall close to the annular slit 16 of die, which communicate with an opening of the tip of the means, and also has continuous deep grooves of a depth of 0.5 mm or more extending from the portion of the circumferential wall close to said annular slit to the opening of the tip, which grooves are formed on the whole outer circumferential wall having fine concave and convex engraved patterns of the difference of height or depth of from 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm.

    摘要： A resin composition containing thermoplastic resin and a flame retardant is sufficiently kneaded and molded, and carbon dioxide in a supercritical state is caused to permeate into the resin composition. Subsequently, the resin composition is degassed by cooling and/or pressure reduction. As a result of degassing, a resin foam body having a fine and uniform micro-cellular foam structure is obtained. The resin foam body has a cyclic structure in which a resin phase and a pore phase are continuous and intertwined. The obtained resin foam body can suitably find applications such as home OA parts, electric and electronic parts and automobile parts that are required to be highly strong, lightweight and nonflammable.
