    摘要: A navigation device includes: a position detecting unit; a remaining energy level detecting unit; a storage unit that stores map information including position information of a charging point of a drive energy; an energy consumption amount calculation unit that calculates a consumption amount of the drive energy when a vehicle travels along any link included based upon the map information; a route calculation unit that calculates a route from a current position to a destination point; and a route guidance unit. The route calculation unit calculates a recommended route with a minimum attainment cost among routes in which the remaining level does not fall below a predetermined threshold level based upon the map information, the remaining level on departure of the vehicle detected by the remaining energy level detecting unit, and the consumption amount calculated by the energy consumption amount calculation unit.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a route searching which can reflect know-how such as easiness of running included in the probe car data in an entire route from departure place to destination.A center device detects main branch nodes from probe car data received from an in-vehicle terminal device by means of a main branch node detecting section. A probe car data dividing section divides the probe car data into probe segments by the main branch nodes. A route dividing section divides an initial route generated by a initial route generating section based on specified departure place and destination, and a derived route generating section substitutes probe segments for the divided routes so as to generate derived routes. The route selecting section scores the derived routes and select one so as to provide a recommended route in which know-how such as easiness of running included in the probe car data is reflected.

    摘要: A traffic situation is predicted based on the correlation in the traffic situation between road sections. A base vector generation unit generates the base vectors constituting a feature space representing the correlation between a plurality of links by making a principal component analysis for the necessary time in the past recorded in a necessary time database. A projection point trajectory generation unit records a projection point trajectory of projecting the necessary time in the past recorded in the necessary time database to the feature space in a projection point database. A feature space projection unit projects the necessary time at present to the feature space, and a neighboring projection point retrieval unit retrieves a past projection point in the neighborhood of the concerned projection point from the projection point database, and a projection point trajectory trace unit traces the trajectory of past projection points starting from the retrieved neighboring projection point for a prediction target time width, and an inverse projection unit inversely projects the end point of the concerned trajectory to calculate the predicted value of the necessary time.

    摘要: Because a route selection model for traffic demand prediction of selecting a route from among travel routes in probe data cannot include other routes than the travel route in the probe data, it is not possible to predict a traffic volume on the route that has not been traveled. A traffic-volume prediction device includes a simple-network creation device that makes a simple network connecting principal intersections extracted from travelling loci in the collected probe data, a model creation device that determines a utility between the principal intersections based on the data of the travelling loci and calculates a selection probability for each principal intersection based on the utility, and a traffic-volume assignment device that distributes a traffic volume to the routes between the principal intersections according to the selection probability and uses the traffic volume for each route candidate to be a traffic demand prediction object.

In a vehicle-installed terminal apparatus, a probe data partitioning unit and an orthogonal component decomposition unit performs processes of partitioning and orthogonal component decomposition of the probe data using a feature score vector obtained from the center apparatus, to thereby reduce the probe data to be uplinked.

    摘要: In a traffic information system, the principal component analysis of the floating car data collected in the past is performed for each traffic area. From among the bases representing the traffic data collected on the road-links in the traffic area, the bases which have strong correlation to the road-links on which real-time traffic data were collected are selected. The weighting coefficients for the selected bases are calculated by projecting the real-time traffic data onto the selected bases. The traffic estimation data are calculated by linearly combining the selected bases with the obtained weighting coefficients as the coefficients of the respective bases. The calculated traffic estimation data are used for the interpolation of the road-links on which the real-time traffic data were not collected.
