摘要: A spheroidal graphite cast iron having an excellent impact strength at low temperature and a method for producing the same are provided. The present disclosure relates to the spheroidal graphite cast iron comprising: C: 3.5 mass % to 4.2 mass %; Si: 2.0 mass % to 2.8 mass %; Mn: 0.2 mass % to 0.4 mass %; Cu: 0.1 mass % to 0.7 mass %; Mg: 0.02 mass % to 0.06 mass %; Cr: 0.01 mass % to 0.15 mass %; and the balance: Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein Mn+Cr+Cu is 0.431 mass % to 1.090 mass %, a graphite nodule count is 230/mm2 or less, and a pearlite fraction is 30% to 85%.

摘要: An internal combustion engine in which an anodic oxidation coating film is formed on all or a portion of a wall that faces a combustion chamber, wherein the anodic oxidation coating film has a structure that is provided with a bonding region in which each of hollow cells forming the coating film is bonded to the adjacent hollow cells, and a nonbonding region in which three or more adjacent hollow cells are not bonded to each other, and wherein a porosity of the anodic oxidation coating film is determined by a first void present in the hollow cell and a second void that forms the nonbonding region.

摘要: A heat resistant magnesium die casting alloy simultaneously improved in heat resistance and castability and expanded in range of application is provided. It comprises, includes, by wt %, the following composition: Al: over 6% to not more than 10 %, Ca: 1.8 to 5%, Sr: 0.05 to 1.0%, Mn: 0.1 to 0.6%, and Bal: Mg and unavoidable impurities, the ratio Ca/Al of the Ca content to the Al content being 0.3 to 0.5. To improve the corrosion resistance, 0.1 to 3% of a RE may also be added.
