摘要: A power generating apparatus of renewable energy type includes a tower, a nacelle which is supported rotatably by a tip portion of the tower; a main shaft rotatable with a blade; a hydraulic pump which is housed in the nacelle and is driven by rotation of the main shaft; a hydraulic motor which is driven by operating oil supplied from the hydraulic pump; a generator which is coupled to the hydraulic motor; an operating-oil line which is provided between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor and through which the operating oil circulates; a cooling-medium line through which cooling medium for cooling the operating oil circulates via an intermediate heat exchanger; and a main heat exchanger which cools the cooling medium by heat exchange with cool water source around a base portion of the tower, and one of the operating-oil line.

摘要: A power generating apparatus of renewable energy includes a tower, a nacelle provided at the tower, a main shaft housed in the nacelle and rotating with a blade, a hydraulic pump housed in the nacelle and connected to the main shaft, a hydraulic motor driven by operating oil supplied from the hydraulic pump, a generator connected to the hydraulic motor, and a piping between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor. The hydraulic motor is housed in at least one of the nacelle and the end part of the tower, the generator is housed in at least one of the nacelle and the end part of the tower, and at least one of the hydraulic motor and the generator is arranged in a space excluding an area between the main shaft and the hydraulic pump; and a rear end wall surface of a wall of the nacelle.

摘要: A wind turbine generator includes a tower, at least one blade, a hub supporting the blade, a nacelle supported by the tower and having a duct part with an intake port and an exhaust port, and a heat exchanger provided in the duct part and cooling a cooling medium for a heat-producing component inside the tower or nacelle. The wall of the nacelle has a double wall structure constituted of an inner wall and an outer wall in an area where the duct part is provided. The inner wall forms a bottom surface of the duct part and has a curved portion which curves inward toward a center line of the nacelle with increasing distance from the hub. The duct part increases in cross-section from a side of the intake port to a side of the exhaust port at least in an area where the curved portion is formed.

摘要: A power generating apparatus includes a rotating shaft, a hydraulic pump driven by the rotating shaft, a hydraulic motor driven by operating oil supplied from the hydraulic pump; and a generator coupled to the hydraulic motor. The apparatus further includes an oil line connected to the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor for circulating the operating oil between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor, an oil cooler connected to the oil line for cooling the operating oil by heat exchange with a cooling medium, a cooling-medium line supplying the cooling medium to the oil cooler; a bypass line diverging from at least one of the oil line and the cooling-medium line and merging into at least one of the oil line and the cooling-medium line to bypass the oil cooler; and a flow regulating valve in at least one of the oil line and the cooling-medium line.

摘要: A wind turbine generator having a large opening area for air intake and exhaust while maintaining tower strength and having a sufficient cooling performance is provided. In the wind turbine generator, a rotor head rotating when receiving wind power with wind turbine blades drives a generating machine provided inside a nacelle to generate electric power. The nacelle is provided on an upper end portion of a tower standing upright on a foundation. Outer air is introduced into the tower from a tower opening provided on a surface of the tower to cool an inner space of the tower. The wind turbine generator includes a recessed cylindrical portion extending from the tower opening toward the inner side of the tower. Air can pass through pressure loss elements provided on a part or all of a surface making up the cylindrical portion, and an effective opening area where the pressure loss elements are provided is larger than an actual opening area of the tower opening.

A wind turbine generator that generates electric power in such a manner that a rotor head that rotates when receiving wind power drives a generator installed inside a nacelle, the nacelle being installed at the upper end of a tower that is vertically erected on a foundation, and the wind turbine generator including a closed-circuit lubricating-oil circulation system in which lubricating oil circulates through devices installed inside the nacelle, wherein an air-cooled heat exchanger installed in the lubricating-oil circulation system to cool the lubricating oil by heat exchange with air is provided in a region separate from nacelle air.
