    摘要: A new 1,2,4-triazole compound is now provided, which is represented by the general formula ##STR1## wherein X may be the same or different and denotes a halogen atom, a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl group, a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkoxyl group, a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkylthio group, a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4) alkylsulfinyl group, a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkylsulfonyl group, a trifluoromethyl group, a nitro group or a cyano group;n is an integer of 0 to 5;R denotes a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl group, a (C.sub.2 -C.sub.4)alkenyl group, a (C.sub.2 -C.sub.4)alkynyl group, a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkoxy-(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl group, a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkylthio-(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl group, a (C.sub.3 -C.sub.6)cycloalkyl group, a (C.sub.3 -C.sub.6)cycloalkyl-(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, or a phenyl(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl group of which the phenyl may optionally bear up to three substituents,Y denotes an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom; andZ denotes a linear or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6)alkylene group, or a salt of said 1,2,4-triazole derivative.The new 1,2,4-triazole compound and its salt show a usefully high fungicidal activity against a wide variety of fungi which infest crop plants.     摘要: A new imidazole compound is now provided, which is represented by the general formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is naphthyl group, an arylalkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, a cycloalkylalkyl group, an alkyl group, a lower alkenyl group, a lower alkoxy-lower alkyl group or a phenylthio-lower alkyl group or phenyl group or a substituted phenyl group;R.sub.2 is an unsubstituted or substituted alkyl group or an alkenyl group or an alkynyl group, naphthyl group, or an unsubstituted or substituted phenyl group;X is an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom; andY is an unsubstituted or substituted alkylene group or an unsubstituted or substituted alkenylene group. The new imidazole compound and its salt show a usefully high fungicidal activity against a wide variety of fungi which infest crop plants. The new imidazole compound and its salt may be useful as fungicidal agent of agricultural and horticultural usages.

    摘要: It is possible to simultaneously identify the sound coming direction from a sound source in all directions and estimate the sound intensity of the sound source. A plurality of microphones (11) are arranged on the surface of a baffle (10) of a shape such as a sphere and polyhedron so that sound from all directions are acquired. A calculation device (40) calculates the amplitude characteristic and the phase characteristic of acoustic signals acquired by the microphones (11). The signal information and information on sound field analysis around the baffle are integrated and calculation to emphasize a sound coming from a particular direction is performed for all the directions so as to identify the sound coming direction from a sound source. According to these calculation results and the distance input by an input device (70), it is possible to estimate the sound intensity of the sound source at a plurality of portions generated at the sound source or boundary surface.

The apparatus has an antenna capable of having plural directivities at predetermined directions; a scanning signal generator coupled to the antenna for generating a scanning signal for scanning the plural directivities from the first directivity to the last directivity; a signal level memory coupled to the antenna for memorizing plural memorized signals which are proportional to the output signal levels of the antenna at the plural directivities, respectively, when the plural directivities are scanned by the scanning signal; a detector coupled to the signal level memory memorized for detecting a maximum level memory signal from among the plural memorized signals after the scanning; and a controller coupled between the scanning signal generator and the detector for controlling the scanning signal generator in response to the maximum level memorized signal so as to fix the directivity of the antenna at the directivity corresponding to the maximum level memorized signal.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, a copyright protection processing apparatus is provided in a source device containing content items that are objects of copyright protection. The apparatus includes a network interface which is connected to a sink device which utilizes the content items, and a protection process section which executes mutual authentication for exchanging keys requested by the sink device in a state where a network connection is established with the sink device via the network interface and performs a protection process of encrypting the content items by the secret key shared as a result of successful mutual authentication and transmitting the encrypted content items to the sink device. A content list process section adds an item of error information to the content list to be transmitted to the sink device, upon failure in the mutual authentication.
