    摘要: An electrically-driven compressor including a housing, an electric motor, a compression mechanism, a cover member, a motor drive circuit, and a sealing member is disclosed. The electric motor is accommodated in the housing. The compression mechanism is accommodated in the housing and operated by the electric motor. The cover member is attached to the housing. The housing and the cover member form an accommodation portion including an accommodation space therein. The motor drive circuit is accommodated in the accommodation space and drives the electric motor. The sealing member is arranged between the housing and the cover member to seal the accommodation space. The sealing member includes an elastic seal portion that comes into close contact with the housing and the cover member. A core sustains the shape of the seal portion in conformance with the circumferential edge of the accommodation space. The core is formed so that at least a circumferential edge part of the core is in conformance with the circumferential edge of the accommodation space. The seal portion is formed integrally with the circumferential edge part of the shape sustaining member by depositing rubber material thereon.

    摘要: A scroll compressor includes a housing, a discharge passage, a rotary shaft, a fixed scroll, a movable scroll, an oil separator and an oil reservoir for compressing refrigerant gas containing lubricating oil. The housing has a rear housing which has a partition wall. The discharge passage is formed in the housing. The discharge passage has a discharge chamber, a discharge hole and an accommodation chamber. The discharge chamber and the accommodation chamber are communicated with each other through the discharge hole. The oil separator is provided in the accommodation chamber. The oil separator has a separation member and an oil reserved area. The oil reservoir is defined around an entire circumference of the partition wall which defines the discharge chamber therein. The oil reservoir is formed so as to communicate with the oil reserved area of the oil separator.

    摘要: A variable displacement compressor has a drive shaft, a rotor supported by the drive shaft, a drive plate supported by the drive shaft and a hinge mechanism located between the rotor and the drive plate. The hinge mechanism includes a cam, which is located on the rotor, and a guide portion, which is located on the drive plate. The cam has a cam surface, which has a predetermined profile. One of the cam surface and the guide portion slides against the other in accordance with inclination of the drive plate. The guide portion traces a path corresponding to the profile of the cam surface with respect to the cam. The path includes a first path corresponding to a small displacement region of the compressor and a second path corresponding to a large displacement region of the compressor. The profile of the cam surface is determined such that the first path and the second path bulge in a direction opposite to each other to compensate for fluctuation of a top dead center position of the piston.

    摘要: A compressor is provided for guiding lubricating oil separated from the discharged refrigerant by an oil separator to a radial bearing supporting a drive shaft through an oil supply hole. A rotating member that rotates together with the drive shaft is provided adjacent to the radial bearing on the drive shaft, and lubricating oil is supplied to the radial bearing via a gap between an external surface of the rotating member and an internal surface of a circular hole that supports the rotating member. An oil support groove, which alternately communicates with the oil supply hole and the discharge hole every time the rotating member rotates once, is provided on the external surface of the rotating member, and the lubricating oil flowing in from the oil supply hole is intermittently discharged into a drive chamber via the groove and the discharge hole.
