    摘要: An optical scanning device includes: light sources emitting first beams having colors; a beam splitting unit splitting the first beams into second beams; a deflecting unit including reflecting members, each corresponding to one of the second beams and each performing deflection scanning of the second beams; an optical system for image formation of the second beams scanning on target surfaces that have been assigned with colors corresponding to the first beams; a detecting unit for detecting which of the reflecting member corresponds to the second beam; an interchanging unit for obtaining data of a lines corresponding to each of the first beams and interchanging the data of the lines based on a detection result; and a light source control unit for controlling the light sources in such a way that the light sources emit the first beams in accordance with the data of the lines interchanged.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus includes an image data processing unit that converts combined data, in which image data to be used for adjusting image quality is inserted between pieces of print image data, into image forming data, and outputs the converted data; an image forming data counting unit that counts image forming pixels for each divided region obtained by dividing the image forming data in a sub-scanning direction; a storage unit that stores therein image forming data information relating to the image data to be used for adjusting image quality; and a control data generating unit that generates a control parameter for controlling image forming units based on count values of the image forming pixels. The control data generating unit generates the control parameters based on the image forming data information for a period in which the image data to be used for adjusting image quality is output.

    摘要: A color image forming apparatus in which an engine controller outputs an operation start signal to write controllers at a timing at which a registration sensor detects a position of a sheet of transfer paper. Synchronization detection signals for colors are used to set reference positions for front edges of the colors in a main scanning direction. A write controller for a reference color outputs a write-operation start signal so as not to cut the synchronization detection signals each indicating one line for one color in the main scanning direction and line synchronization signals, into two parts in their longitudinal direction. The write-operation start signal is used to set a reference time point when the write controllers make transfer requests for image signals for the colors to an image processor.

A counter counts number of times of forming the latent image in a sub-scanning direction, in which an upper limit of the number of times is set. A first control unit controls the forming unit to form the latent image based on the upper limit. A determining unit determines whether a latent image forming is performed by the forming unit exceeding the upper limit. When the determining unit determines that the latent image forming is performed exceeding the upper limit, a second control unit controls, the forming unit to continue to form the latent image.
