摘要： An information display device having an operability-improved trackball is provided. A control unit has a mechanism for displaying in such a manner that a second information display region is provided separately from a first information display region, an operation button region is arranged and displayed in a region between them, the second information display region is set as a cursor display prohibition region, and even if the operation is vigorously executed by operating the trackball, a cursor does not enter the second information display region but the cursor stops in the operation button region and one of the operation buttons in the operation button region is selected.

摘要： A management server of a sample inspection system includes sample processing information generated on the basis of inspection request data, facility data, a simulation execution portion and a window generation portion for generating a monitor window. The inspection request data contains a priority, an order time, a required time and inspection items and the sample processing information contains an inspection start time and an inspection estimate finish time. The monitor window has a work area in which the samples represented by sample bars parallel to the abscissa are arranged in a vertical direction and a past record and a future schedule are allocated to this abscissa with the present time as the base. The sample bars display a simulation execution portion for executing simulation on the basis of the inspection start time, the inspection estimate finish time and a delay time. The management server displays the simulation result.

摘要： Even when an operator wishes to confirm multiple kinds of measurement result information related to a sample, if not all of the desired information can be simultaneously displayed in a limited display area, the operator will be heavily burdened since he or she needs to execute a large number of operating steps to confirm multiple kinds of detailed measurement result information while repeating the opening/closing of subwindows and/or window-switching operations. In particular, if a measurement result alarm occurs, the operator will be unable to respond rapidly, even when he or she wishes to confirm the detailed information in an attempt to investigate the probable causes of the alarm.According to this invention, if display width of window display parts and the amount of information to be displayed at the display parts are changed according to a level of detail of the information which the operator wants to confirm, sample information, measurement results, and detailed information related to the measurement results will be simultaneously displayed without a subwindow being displayed in overlapped form in the limited display area.
