The FPCB includes a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first portion is connected between the peripheral circuit and the second portion.     摘要: A flexible display module includes a flexible display panel and at least one flexible circuit board. The flexible display panel includes a flexible plastic substrate, a first driving circuit layer, a display layer and a second driving circuit layer. The thickness of the flexible plastic substrate is smaller than 30 micrometers. The first driving circuit layer having a view area and a peripheral circuit area is disposed on the flexible plastic substrate. The display layer is disposed on the first driving circuit layer and corresponding to the view area. The second driving circuit area is disposed on the display layer. The flexible circuit board is electrically connected to the peripheral circuit area through an anisotropic conductive film. In addition, a method of manufacturing a flexible display module is also provided.

    摘要: A display device includes an array substrate, a display medium layer, a transparent layer and a sealant. The array substrate has a first region and a second region surrounding the first region. The display medium layer is disposed on the array substrate and located in the first region. The transparent layer with an upper surface is disposed on the display medium layer. The upper surface has a display region and a predetermined sealing region surrounding the display region. The sealant is formed on the array substrate and located in the second region. Also, the sealant surrounds the transparent layer and the display medium layer and covers the predetermined sealing region of the transparent layer. In addition, a method for fabricating the display device is also provided. Since the sealant surrounds the transparent layer and the display medium layer and covers the predetermined sealing region of the transparent layer, the packaging performance of the above display device may be improved.

    摘要: A flexible display device includes a display panel and a plurality of curving-restricting structures. The display panel has a display surface and a bottom surface opposite thereto. The display surface has a visible region and an outer region surrounding the visible region. The curving-restricting structures may be disposed on at least one of the outer region of the display surface and the bottom surface of the display panel. Each curving-restricting structure has a top surface and at least a slanted side wall. The top surfaces of adjacent curving-restricting structures are spaced with each other, and the slanted side walls of adjacent curving-restricting structures face each other. When the flexible display device are curved to a predetermined extent, adjacent curving-restricting structures may resist against with each other to prevent the display panel from being unduly curved to be damaged, and thus a use reliability of the flexible display device is improved.

    摘要: A flexible display panel comprises a flexible substrate, a display module, a driving unit and at least one anisotropic conductive film. The display module is disposed on the flexible substrate, and has a display area and a peripheral circuit area beside the display area. The anisotropic conductive film is connected between the peripheral circuit area and the driving unit, and the driving unit is electrically connected to the peripheral circuit area through the anisotropic conductive film. In addition, the anisotropic conductive film has an insulation film and a plurality of conductive particles disposed in the insulation film. Diameters of the conductive particles are in a range from 4.5 micrometers to 7 micrometers, and a distribution density of the conductive particles is a range from 45000 grains per square millimeter to 65000 grains per square millimeter. Therefore, the flexible display panel has high reliability.
