    摘要: Systems and methods are disclosed for data burst volume indication for Time Sensitive Communication (TSC). In one embodiment, a method performed by Radio Access Network (RAN) node comprises receiving, from a core network (CN) node, one or more parameters, in additional to a maximum data burst volume (MDBV) parameter, that describe one or more data volume characteristics of a Quality of Service (QOS) flow. In this manner, compared to always assuming the worst-case scenario with the MDBV, the RAN node has a more accurate understanding of the traffic characteristics, which allows the RAN node to optimally schedule radio resources to cater to the data volume.

    摘要: According to some embodiments, a method performed by a wireless device for transmitting a transport block comprises obtaining a first uplink aggregation factor. The first uplink aggregation factor is an integer value greater than one. The method further comprises obtaining a second uplink aggregation factor. The second uplink aggregation factor is an integer value greater than one and is different than the first uplink aggregation factor. The method further comprises: determining that a transport block is associated with a type of radio network temporary identifier (RNTI); selecting one of the first or second uplink aggregation factor based on the type of RNTI associated with the transport block; and transmitting the transport block on a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) according to the selected uplink aggregation factor.

    摘要: Systems and methods are described herein that allow information carrying bits of a transmission block to be placed at higher-reliability positions prior to transmission. An exemplary method includes generating a set of payload bits to be encoded for transmission, wherein the set of payload bits includes at least one known bit, interleaving the set of payload bits to generate an interleaved set of payload bits, wherein the interleaved set includes the at least one known bit in a predetermined position in the interleaved set, providing the interleaved set to a cyclic redundancy check (CRC) encoder to generate CRC-interleaved set of payload bits, wherein the CRC-interleaved set includes the at least one known bit in a predetermined position within the CRC-interleaved set, and encoding the CRC-interleaved set for transmission to a wireless device. Associated network nodes and wireless devices are included.

    摘要: Methods and systems for reliability enhancement for User Equipment (UE) with partial repetitions in Configured Grant (CG) are provided. According to one aspect, a method, performed by a UE in a Fifth Generation (5G) network, comprises: receiving data to be transmitted as uplink (UL) transmissions in CG resources K number of times within a CG period; determining that the number of Transmission Occasions (TOs) remaining within the CG resources and within the CG period for the UE is less than K; and either: transmitting the data within the remaining TOs within the CG resources and also within TOs within shared resources such that the transmission is performed at least K number of times; waiting until the beginning of the next CG period to transmit K number of times within the CG resources; or transmitting the data within the remaining TOs within the CG resources with an increased power.

    摘要: Systems and methods are disclosed that relate to transmission by a radio node having an opportunity to use any of multiple Channel Occupancy Times (COTs). In one embodiment, a method performed by a radio node comprises determining, for a particular transmission, that the radio node has an opportunity to use either of two COTs consisting of a base station initiated COT and a wireless device initiated COT. The method further comprises, responsive to determining that the radio node has an opportunity to use either of the two COTs, selecting) a particular COT from among the two COTs to be used for the particular transmission. The method further comprises determining that an idle period associated to the particular COT is a valid idle period in which no transmissions to or from the radio node are to occur.
