摘要: Embodiments of the disclosure provide methods, apparatus and machine-readable media relating to transport of data flows over cellular network. One method in a core network node comprises: obtaining configuration information for a data stream in an external data network, the configuration information indicating respective values for one or more fields within a header of data packets associated with the data stream which are to remain static; initiating transmission of the configuration information to a wireless device which is to receive the data stream; receiving a data packet associated with the data stream from the external data network; removing the one or more fields from the data packet to generate a compressed data packet; and initiating transmission of the compressed data packet to the wireless device.

The method further comprises receiving, from the vehicle, communication network information for the vehicle at a second time in the time sequence that is after the first time, wherein the communication network information comprises a result of a measurement carried out by the vehicle on a signal exchanged with the communication network. The method further comprises using a trained ML model to estimate a position of the vehicle at the second time in the time sequence on the basis of the obtained dynamic state information and received communication network information.

摘要: A computer implemented method (200) is disclosed for managing Conditional Handover of a UE in a cellular communication network. The method comprises receiving a report of radio resource measurements performed by a UE (210) and assigning a current radio location of the UE to a radio zone of the communication network on the basis of the contents of the report (220). A radio zone comprises a region of a multidimensional radio space over which the communication network extends that is defined by a particular combination of radio field characteristics (220a). Each cell of the communication network comprises a plurality of radio zones. The method further comprises updating, in a database, a trajectory of the UE through the radio space of the communication network with the radio zone to which the current radio location of the UE is assigned (230), and using the updated trajectory to calculate a probability of Handover of the UE to neighbor cells of the current serving cell of the UE (240). The method further comprises initiating a Conditional Handover procedure for Handover of the UE to neighbor cells for which the probability of Handover is above a first Handover threshold value (250).

摘要: A computer implemented method performed by a first node in a communications network for use in determining whether a channel between the first node and a target node is in use. The method includes selecting, from a plurality of other nodes that are suitable for making measurements on the channel, a subset of the other nodes from which to obtain channel information in order to determine whether the channel is in use. The selection is performed using a first model trained using a first machine learning process to select the subset of other nodes based on accuracy of the resulting determination of whether the channel is in use. The method then includes sending a message to cause the subset of other nodes to obtain the channel information.
