    摘要: The invention provides a flame-retardant processing agent capable of imparting durable flame retardance to polyester-based fiber products without using halogen-based flame retardant. The flame-retardant processing agent is obtained by dispersing at least one phosphoric acid amide selected from the group consisting of 1,4-piperazinediyl bis(diarylphosphate), diaryl aminophosphate and aryl diaminophosphate as a flame retardant in a solvent in the presence of a nonionic surfactant or an anionic surfactant.

    摘要: A flame-retardant metal-coated fabric which not only has excellent electromagnetic wave shielding properties but has a high degree of flame retardancy without the necessity of containing a halogen compound or antimony compound. It is soft and suffers no deterioration of the metal coating even in long-term use. The flame-retardant metal-coated fabric comprises a metal-coated fabric and a flame-retardant coating layer formed on at least one side of the metal-coated fabric, the flame-retardant coating layer comprising a mixture (F) of the following components (A), (B), (C), (D) and (E): (A) a flame retardant selected from the group consisting of ammonium polyphosphate and melamine polyphosphate; (B) a flame-retardant aid selected from the group consisting of melamine, melamine cyanurate, and tris(2-hydroxyethyl)isocyanate; (C) a blowing agent selected from the group consisting of heat-expandable graphite, azodicarbonamide, and N,N′-dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine: (D) a phosphoric ester; and (E) a thermoplastic resin having a melting point of 70-130° C., the ratio of (A):(B):(C):(D):(E) being 15-100:50-100:30-60:15-50:100 in weight ratio.

    摘要: It is intended to provide a novel artificial sueded leather having flame retardance, which is excellent inflame retardance, light resistance and abrasion resistance, suffers from no water spot and is free from any halogenated chemical (i.e., one having been treated with a so-called non-halogenated flame retardant), and a method of producing the same. The above artificial sueded leather comprises a thermoplastic synthetic fiber cloth made of a woven fabric, a knitted web or a nonwoven fabric, which has a raised-fiber or napped-fiber surface and has been impregnated with a polyurethane resin, and a flame retardant which contains at least a phosphate compound A having a solubility in water of 1% or less, a vinyl group-containing resin C capable of forming a carbonization skeleton in burning and a water-insoluble thickener D and is imparted to one face of the thermoplastic synthetic fiber cloth. A method of producing the artificial sueded leather as described above comprises imparting an flame retardant, which contains at least a phosphate compound A having a solubility in water of 1% or less, a vinyl group-containing resin C capable of forming a carbonization skeleton in burning and a water-insoluble thickener D, to one face of a thermoplastic synthetic fiber cloth made of a woven fabric, a knitted web or a nonwoven fabric which has a raised-fiber or napped-fiber surface and has been impregnated with a polyurethane resin.
