    摘要: An electromagnetic wave shielding filter 10 includes a meshed layer, wherein at least one of the front and back surfaces of the meshed layer is subjected to a blackening treatment to be a blackened face having micro-irregularities. The shape of the micro-irregularities is adjusted to have a probability density curve with a peak point being convex upward wherein the probability density curve is defined as a curve depicted in a graph in which the change of height from the peak value Rp to the bottom value Rv of the deepest valley is shown as the horizontal axis while the probability density expressing the distribution of height is shown as the vertical axis. Also, in the probability density curve, a horizontal tangent can be drawn at its peak point.

    摘要: An electromagnetic shielding sheet of the present invention includes a transparent base sheet and a metal layer attached to one surface of the transparent base sheet. The metal layer has a mesh part, a peripheral mesh part surrounding the mesh part, and a grounding frame surrounding the peripheral mesh part. A width of lines forming meshes in the peripheral mesh part gradually increases from the mesh part toward the grounding frame. The lines of the electromagnetic shielding sheet are scarcely bent or broken in all processes including fabricating and assembling processes, and the electromagnetic shielding sheet is excellent in handling ease.

    摘要: An electromagnetic wave shielding sheet includes a transparent substrate 11 and a metal layer 15 provided on one surface of the transparent substrate 11 through an adhesive layer 13. The metal layer 15 includes a mesh part 103 and a frame part 101 surrounding the mesh part 103. The frame part 101 includes at least one transparent part 105 that is a metal-layer-free area. Preferably, the transparent part 105 includes a metallic portion 105a in a geometric pattern. Light transmitted by or reflected from the transparent part 105 is detected, thereby the transparent part 105 can be used as a register mark for detecting the position of the mesh part 103.

The roughness of the adhesive-layer-side surface (lower surface) of the metallic foil is such that the maximum height Rmax is more than 0 and less than 4 &mgr;m. As long as the maximum height Rmax falls in the range, the adhesive layer never contains air bubbles in such sizes that reflectance is adversely affected. The roughness of the surface (upper surface) of the metallic foil, opposite the adhesive-layer-side surface, is preferably such that the arithmetic mean roughness Ra is between 0.02 &mgr;m and 1 &mgr;m. As long as the arithmetic mean roughness Ra is in this range, it is possible to efficiently conduct vacuuming to bring, into close contact, a photosensitive resin layer and a photomask in sheet form placed on the photosensitive resin layer, before effecting the pattern-wise exposure of the photosensitive resin layer.
