Abstract: A DVT and temperature therapy system. A temperature therapy blanket includes a fluid bladder for delivering hot and/or cold therapy to a patient. Abstract: A sequential compression and temperature therapy blanket with a plurality of air chambers is disclosed. The air chambers are filled and released by a valve assembly that may be separate from or integrated within the blanket. The temperature therapy blanket includes a fluid bladder for delivering hot and/or cold therapy to a patient. The temperature therapy blanket may also include an air bladder for providing compression.

Abstract: A wound-care system includes a first pump fluidly coupled to an oxygen source. An oxygen concentrator is fluidly coupled to the first pump. A humidification system is fluidly coupled to the oxygen concentrator. A wound dressing is fluidly coupled to the humidification system and to an exudate chamber. A negative-pressure tube fluidly is coupled to the exudate chamber. A first valve is disposed between the first pump and the oxygen concentrator. A second valve is disposed between the oxygen concentrator and the wound dressing. A third valve is disposed in the negative-pressure tube. Selective activation of the first pump, the first valve, the second valve, and the third valve facilitates delivery of at least one of individual, sequential, or simultaneous negative-pressure treatment and oxygen-rich fluid treatment to the wound via the wound dressing.

Abstract: In one example, the disclosure relates to a head wrap that includes a body. A first arm extends from the body. A second arm extends from the body oppositely from, and shares a common axis with, the first arm. A center section extends from the body generally perpendicular to the first arm and the second arm. A first panel and a second panel extend from the first arm. A third panel and a fourth panel extending from the second arm. A fluid bladder is defined by the body, the first arm, the second arm, the center section, the first panel, the second panel, the third panel, and the fourth panel. A compression bladder is disposed outwardly of the fluid bladder and coextensive with the fluid bladder. A first fluid port is fluidly coupled to the fluid bladder and a second fluid port is fluidly coupled to the fluid bladder.

Abstract: Vehicle air comfort systems and methods. The systems and methods may comprise: (1) a plurality of flow tunnels for passage of a heat-transfer fluid; (2) a thermoelectric cooler in thermal communication with the flow tunnels for thermally conditioning the heat-transfer fluid in the flow tunnels; (3) an air inlet for receiving unconditioned air; (4) a thermal exchange assembly for facilitating thermal exchange between the thermally conditioned heat-transfer fluid and the unconditioned air to result in conditioning of the air; and (5) an air outlet for outputting the conditioned air into the vehicle.
