摘要:
A method is provided for providing services gateway configuration data. The method includes receiving, from a services gateway, a request for configuration data. Also, the method includes identifying a first subset of stored configuration data that is responsive to the request. The first subset of the stored configuration data is identified using a content of the request and a state of the first subset of the stored configuration data. Additionally, the method includes sending, to the services gateway, the first subset of the stored configuration data.

The invention relates to a method for gateway policy enforcement. The method includes receiving configuration data from a services registry. Also, the method includes annotating, based on the configuration data, a plurality of policies with flags. In addition, the method includes binding, using the annotations of the policies, a route to at least one of the annotated policies.

The invention relates to the identification of gro-1 gene and to demonstrate that the gro-1 gene is involved in the control of a central physiological clock. Also disclosed are four other genes located within the same operon as the gro-1 gene.

A tundish used in a continuous steel casting operation is sealed to permit effective purging of the tundish to eliminate free oxygen and nitrogen by providing a plurality of generally rectangular planar sealing boards of refractory fiber material having sufficient density to be self-supporting and placing the boards in side-by-side relation on the open top of the tundish prior to installation of the refractory cover whereby the sealing boards form a gasket between the cover and tundish top wall, and form a continuous panel underlying the cover. The refractory fiber material may be penetrated by the ladle shroud tube and/or the tundish stopper rod(s).

A method for monitoring application program interface integrations is provided. The method includes identifying, based on monitored transactions, a plurality of run time dependencies between at least two services. Also, the method includes creating, for each of the identified dependencies, a context of the dependency. In addition, the method includes setting a baseline state of a system utilizing the contexts.

A computer implemented method, apparatus, and computer usable program code for receiving an instant message to form a received message. A determination is made as to whether a response to the received message has occurred within a period of time. The received message is selectively forwarding to a set of destinations based on a policy if the response to the received message is absent after the period of time.

A method and implementing computer system are provided for enabling a user to determine a starting glaze color for fired tiles in processes where there is a color change from a starting glaze color to a finished or fired tile color. In an exemplary embodiment, a tile painting application is illustrated and includes a camera arranged to take an image of a fired or finished tile that has been painted, glazed and fired in a tile kiln. The color of the fired tile is determined from the image or picture of the fired tile, and a color change database is accessed to determine the starting or bisque color glaze. Related painting process information, including the pre-firing glaze color, the fired glaze color and other tile firing parameters, is accessed from the database and is selectively displayed to a user. The user is then enabled to reproduce the fired tile using the retrieved bisque glaze color and the firing parameters. In another embodiment, a fired tile is divided into smaller segments for analysis. Each segment is analyzed and the fired color for each segment is determined and used in retrieving the starting glaze color and firing parameters for each segment of the tile. The user is thereby enabled to reproduce the fired tile on a segment-by-segment basis.

A method and implementing computer system are provided for enabling a user to paint a surface a desired final color while using a paint, the color of which appears in raw form different from the desired final color for the painted surface. In an exemplary embodiment, a tile painting application is illustrated and includes a camera arranged to take an image of a bisque tile. When a user applies a glaze to the tile, the camera-computer system analyzes the glaze color among other factors affecting the painting process and an image showing a final color of the tile after firing is presented on the display of the computer system such that by looking at the computer screen, the user is able to see the actual final color of the tile after firing while applying the initial glaze to the bisque tile before firing.

The invention provides isolated nucleic acids encoding a variety of proteins and nucleic acids having diagnostic, preventive, therapeutic, and other uses. These nucleic acids and proteins are useful for diagnosis, prevention, and therapy of a number of human and other animal disorders. The invention also provides antisense nucleic acid molecules, expression vectors containing the nucleic acid molecules of the invention, host cells into which the expression vectors have been introduced, and non-human transgenic animals in which a nucleic acid molecule of the invention has been introduced or disrupted. The invention still further provides isolated polypeptides, fusion polypeptides, antigenic peptides and antibodies. Diagnostic, screening, and therapeutic methods utilizing compositions of the invention are also provided. The nucleic acids and polypeptides of the present invention are useful as modulating agents in regulating a variety of cellular processes.
