    摘要: The method and the apparatus serve for sterilizing parisons made of a thermoplastic material which are provided for producing blow-molded containers. Sterilization is carried out using a plasma. A sterilizing device is provided, for this purpose, with a plasma generator. Sterilization is carried out following insertion of the parison into a blow-molding station or on a transfer wheel. The plasma is generated outside the parison and introduced into the parison.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method and device for sterilising parisons made of a thermoplastic material that are intended for producing blow-moulded containers. During the sterilising process a sterilising agent is introduced into an interior of the parison by an applicator. At least one gas is supplied to the applicator via a least one supply element, at least sections of which are arranged in a horizontal direction next to a transport path of the applicator. The supply element comprises at least one outlet opening facing towards the applicator. At least one pressure-applying element is arranged between the applicator and the supply element and is resiliently clamped between the applicator and the supply element.

A parsion made of thermoplastic material is first heated and then exposed to a pressurized fluid. A sterilization means is introduced into an area of the parison. Sterilization is carried out at a sterilization site a spatial distance away from a blowing unit, which shapes the parison. Instead of maintaining the entire area of the blowing device as a sterile space, the parison is transported from the sterilization site to the blowing unit at least along a portion of a transport path along a sterile channel.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an exhaust gas cooler (1), in particular for an exhaust gas recirculation system of an internal combustion engine, preferably of a motor vehicle, comprising an exhaust gas inlet (2) which is connected in a communicating manner with an inlet chamber (4), an exhaust gas outlet (3) which is connected in a communicating manner with an outlet chamber (5), a plurality of exhaust gas pipes (7) which are configured as flat pipes, extend parallel to each other through a coolant chamber (8) and are connected in a communicating manner on one side to the inlet chamber (4) and on the other side to the outlet chamber (5), a coolant inlet (9) which is connected in a communicating manner to the coolant chamber (8), and a coolant outlet (10) which is connected in a communicating manner to the coolant chamber (8). The exhaust gas pipes (7) have on mutually opposite sides (28) a plurality of outwardly projecting protrusions (29) which are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction (30) of the exhaust gas pipes (7).A simplified cooling effect can be achieved if, with in each case two adjacent exhaust gas pipes (7), the protrusions (29) of one exhaust gas pipe (7) bear in each case directly against the other exhaust gas pipe (7) at a distance in the longitudinal direction (30) of the exhaust gas pipes (7) from the nearest protrusion (29) of the other exhaust gas pipe (7).
