    摘要: The method and the apparatus serve for sterilizing parisons made of a thermoplastic material which are provided for producing blow-molded containers. Sterilization is carried out using a plasma. A sterilizing device is provided, for this purpose, with a plasma generator. Sterilization is carried out following insertion of the parison into a blow-molding station or on a transfer wheel. The plasma is generated outside the parison and introduced into the parison.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method and device for sterilising parisons made of a thermoplastic material that are intended for producing blow-moulded containers. During the sterilising process a sterilising agent is introduced into an interior of the parison by an applicator. At least one gas is supplied to the applicator via a least one supply element, at least sections of which are arranged in a horizontal direction next to a transport path of the applicator. The supply element comprises at least one outlet opening facing towards the applicator. At least one pressure-applying element is arranged between the applicator and the supply element and is resiliently clamped between the applicator and the supply element.

    摘要: A method and device for producing blow-molded containers, at least some regions of which are sterile. A parsion made of thermoplastic material is first heated and then exposed to a pressurized fluid. A sterilization means is introduced into an area of the parison. Sterilization is carried out at a sterilization site a spatial distance away from a blowing unit, which shapes the parison. Instead of maintaining the entire area of the blowing device as a sterile space, the parison is transported from the sterilization site to the blowing unit at least along a portion of a transport path along a sterile channel.

    摘要: A hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) supply arrangement which has a storage container for the H2O2 and metering valves designed to meter doses of H2O2 to a plurality of article sterilization devices. The H2O2 supply arrangement also has a line arrangement which connects the storage container to the metering valves. The line arrangement is designed so as to conduct H2O2 to the metering valves, but also to cycle H2O2 not metered or dosed out by the metering valves back into the H2O2 storage container in a cyclical manner. The H2O2 supply arrangement is designed in this manner to minimize decomposition of the H2O2, and thus minimize waste and improve accuracy of the metered doses.

    摘要: Perdeuterated methacrylates of a high degree of deuteration can be obtained by a process for the preparation of perdeuterated methacrylates from hexadeuteroacetone by conversion into the corresponding cyanohydrin, subsequent elimination of water, hydrolysis of the cyano group and esterification with perdeuterated alkanols, the conversion of hexadeuteroacetone into the cyanohydrin being effected by reaction with trimethylsilyl cyanide to give 1,3-hexadeutero-2-(trimethylsiloxy)-2-cyano-propane and subsequent hydrolytic elimination of the trimethylsilyl group.

    摘要: Method and apparatus for sterilizing containers with a sterilization medium. The method involves first introducing a sterilization medium into a container, and then introducing a heated gaseous and/or vaporous activation medium into the container. The activation medium is used to heat and activate the sterilization medium to destroy microorganisms. At least one parameter of the method is controlled based on the detected temperature of the container or the wall of the container. Alternatively, the heating and activating of the sterilization medium is achieved by first introducing an activation medium into the container under time control at a constant temperature and at a first, constant, volume flow, and then subsequently adjusting to a second, different, volume flow.
