    摘要: A switching coaxial jack module includes two center conductors contained within a housing. The center conductors include front and rear portions which are axially movable relative to one another between connect and disconnect positions. In the connect position, the front portions are electrically connected to the rear portions. In the disconnect position, the front portions are electrically disconnected from the rear portions. A switch mechanism is contained within the interior to electrically connect the rear portions when both of the front portions are in the disconnect position and to electrically disconnect the rear portions when at least one of the front portions is in the connect position.

The main body portion is slidable upon the second elongate member, and it is releasably arrestable and securable as desired in various positions on the second elongate member.The camera shelf is pivotable from a first horizontal format picture taking position to a second vertical format picture taking position, and a detent holds the shelf in the first position.Supports are provided for mounting an electronic flash gun to the camera supporting brackets.

    摘要: In a method for chasing game, a set of portable sound generators are set out in the field in accordance with a predetermined pattern for chasing the game in a predetermined direction when the sound generators are actuated. Each of the sound generators has a clock associated therewith and means for setting the turn-on time to an accuracy of plus or minus at least a few seconds, such that precise timing of the turn-on time of respective ones of the sound generators is settable, as desired. The turn-on times are then set in accordance with the positions of the respective sound generators in the predetermined pattern so that the sound generators turn on in a predetermined sequence for chasing the game in the predetermined direction.

    摘要: A memory tester for testing a matrix of memory elements, such matrix having spare rows and columns of memory elements to be used for repair of the memory under test. The memory tester tests the memory matrix to derive failure data and stores the failure data in corresponding rows and columns in a second memory matrix. Failure data in the second memory is scanned, in a first pass, row-by-row and during the first pass scan when the number of failures in any row exceeds the number of spare columns that row is flagged for replacement. Next, in a second pass, the columns of failure data are scanned column-by-column and during the second pass when the number of failures in any column exceeds the number of spare rows, that column is flagged for replacement. If, during either of the first or second pass, the number of flagged rows or columns, respectively, exceeds a certain number, such as the spare rows or columns, that pass is interrupted and the analysis jumps to the next pass. After all spare rows and columns are used, detection of a subsequent failure flags the memory under test as non-repairable.

    摘要: A camera support including an angle-shaped base is releasably mountable to an extendable telescopic tubular leg member. The angle-shaped base includes two legs and a tubular member fixed to each leg. The telescopic member has an upper slide section and a lower base section. The upper slide section being slidably disposed in one of the tubular members of the angular-shaped base. The lower base section is slotted longitudinally and grooved peripherally such that when a clamp is fitted into the grooves and actuated, the base is releasably secured in selected positions along the upper slide section. The base member may be manually arrested when the camera is in a first and a second picture taking attitude and the base member is slidably supported by upper slide section. In some instances the upper slide section may be removed from the lower base section and used independently.

    摘要: A memory tester is disclosed for testing a matrix of memory elements, such matrix having spare rows and columns of memory elements to be used for repair of the memory under test. The memory tester tests the memory matrix under address control of a programmable pattern generator to derive failure data and stores the failure data in corresponding rows and columns in a second memory matrix. Failure data in the second memory is scanned by an error analysis circuit, under control of the pattern generator, first by row and when the number of failures in any row exceed the number of spare columns that row is flagged for replacement. Next, the columns of failure data are scanned and when the number of failures in any column exceeds the number of spare rows, that column is flagged for replacement. During the scan of the columns, previously flagged rows are masked such that failures which are to be repaired are not counted. Thereafter, with the flagged rows and column failures masked, the rows are again scanned and individual failures are flagged for replacement by remaining spare rows and columns until all spare rows and columns are used at which point detection of a subsequent failure flags the memory under test as non-repairable. This repairability analysis is performed in accordance with instructions stored in a memory of the error analysis circuit and called up under control of the pattern generator.

    摘要: A device for directing a beam of light from a light source to a predetermined view range. The device is particularly suitable for installation inside the visor of a traffic signal, although other applications will be apparent. Two or more baffles are selectively positioned within a hollow housing. The baffles are uniformly formed and each has a plurality of apertures. The baffles are thin plates and are aligned so that each set of corresponding apertures creates a tunnel for a portion of a beam of light from the light source. Due to the thinness of the baffles, the "tunnels" have no walls and no substantial surface area to deflect light rays outside the selected view range. This provides a sharp on-off effect at the periphery of the view range. Yet, a "full ball" effect is provided within the view range. The exterior of the housing is contoured to fit inside the visor so that the position of the device, and therefore the direction of the light beam, may be adjusted by multi-directional rotation within the visor.
