摘要: In a paver F comprising a combustion engine M, in particular a diesel engine, of a primary driving aggregate P, functional units having hydraulic pumps 23, 30 to 33 inclusive a travel pump aggregate 23 which can be driven by the combustion engine M for supplying at least one travel drive 16, a generator G for supplying electric heating devices H of the paver F and/or of a paving screed B of the paver F with electric power, the generator G is driven permanently while at least one pump 23, 30 to 33 selectively can be disconnected from the combustion engine via at least one shiftable clutch K1, K2, K3. During a heating-up phase of electric heating devices H via the permanently driven generator G at least one of the pumps is disconnected. During transport travel at least one pump of the functional units, except the permanently driven travel pump aggregate 23 and the generator G, is disconnected. During start and, optionally, during warm-up of the combustion engine M pumps of functional units, optionally including the travel pump aggregate 23, are disconnected.

In the screed the compaction unit comprises an adjusting mechanism which is operable during the ongoing paving work for adjusting the stroke of the compaction unit.

摘要: A method for laying down a pavement in which a compaction unit such as a tamper pre-compacts the paving material with a selectable stroke and at a selectable frequency while the pavement having a selectable pavement thickness is in the process of being laid down at a selectable paving speed, the stroke of the compaction unit is automatically adjustable in response to paving parameters, such as the paving speed and/or the pavement thickness, along a characteristic curve or in a characteristic map. The compaction unit includes an adjusting mechanism which is operable during the paving operation for adjusting the stroke of the compaction unit.
