摘要: For producing substantially water-insoluble, chain-type ammonium polyphosphate, equimolar quantities of diammonium phosphate and phosphorus pentoxide are reacted at temperatures from 170.degree. to 350.degree. C. in a zone, which effects continuous mixing, kneading and comminution, in the presence of a stream of ammonia gas. In this process, the water is separated from the ammonia gas which leaves the zone and contains water vapor, and the dried ammonia gas is caused to flow again through the zone.A plant for producing substantially water-insoluble, chain-type ammonium polyphosphate can comprise a reactor (1) into which an ammonia feed pipe (8) and pipes for feeding phosphorus pentoxide (6) and diammonium phosphate (7) lead and from which an ammonium polyphosphate discharge pipe (9) and an exit gas pipe (10) start. The exit gas pipe (10) leads into a condenser (13) which is flow-connected via a pump (14) to a heat exchanger (15). An exit gas line (18) which leads into the ammonia feed pipe (8) starts from the heat exchanger (15).

摘要: To prepare essentially water-insoluble, long-chain ammonium polyphosphate, in a first stage, ammonium orthophosphate and phosphorus pentoxide are reacted in the presence of gaseous ammonia in a reactor equipped in its interior with mixing, kneading and comminution apparatus, until the drive motor of the reactor passes through the second current peak in its current consumption/time diagram. In a second stage, the material discharged from the reactor is then fed to a disk dryer, the heating disks of which are maintained at temperatures of 240.degree. to 300.degree. C., whereas its lower cooling disk has temperatures of 5.degree. to 45.degree. C. The material, which covers the disks of the disk dryer at a layer thickness of 5 to 20 mm, has a residence time of 35 to 70 minutes in the disk dryer, while ammonia-containing gas is continuously passed through the disk dryer. Finally, the ammonia-containing gas exiting the disk dryer is freed from water vapor contained therein by condensation and the ammonia-containing gas is reheated prior to its entry into the disk dryer.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for aligning substrates (2) in an XY-plane. A polygonal, flat substrate (2), the substrate plane of which is parallel to the XY-plane or lies in the XY-plane, is aligned with respect to reference coordinates and a reference angular position in the XY-plane. A corner (12) of the substrate (2) is detected using image detecting means (9). In addition, the position coordinates of the substrate (2) are determined. Using evaluating means (10), the angular position of the corner (12) of the substrate (2) in the XY-plane is determined, and the position differences between the reference coordinates and the position coordinates as well as the angle difference between the reference angular position and the angular position of the substrate corner (12) are calculated. The substrate (2) is moved and/or rotated in the XY-plane according to the determined position difference or the angle difference. By rotating the substrate (2) several times, each corner (12) and edge (13, 14) of the substrate (2) can be detected using the image detecting means (9). This enables an edge inspection during the substrate transport so that additional process steps such as laying the substrate (2) down and picking the substrate back up can be omitted. (FIG. 1)

摘要: Exemplary methods and systems may designate a data structure as tenant-specific or shared. By reviewing a plurality of data structures at the provider corresponding to a plurality of tenants, the provider may determine which of the plurality of data structures are specific to a first tenant of the plurality of tenants, and generate a tenant specific designation to identify a data structure as specific to the first tenant. Further, the provider may associate a data structure determined to be specific to the first tenant with the generated tenant specific designation. With this capability a provider-tenant system may separately store each tenants data.

摘要: During welding with high output power, the gaps between the pieces being joined may not exceed a maximal gap width. A process for laser beam welding is provided, which on the one hand ensures maintaining (not exceeding) a maximal gap width between the sheets and on the other hand makes possible a maximal utilization of the achievable welding speed. The sheets, prior to welding, are first spot welded, wherein they are clamped only during this spot welding in order to ensure the maintenance of a maximum gap width.

摘要: A method and system are provided for transmitting quality criteria of tributary signals of a synchronous network hierarchy such as SDH or SONET, which, at the transmitting end are combined to form a higher-order multiplex signal and are transmitted in a higher-order transport module via a synchronous network. In this case, the tributary signals are monitored and different tributary quality criteria about the state of each of the tributary signals are generated. The tributary quality criteria are combined to form monitoring combinations and inserted into the overhead of the higher-order transport module to be transmitted.
