摘要： There is disclosed a machine tool, of the type having a tool magazine for receiving tools therein, and wherein a spindle head is moved in the direction of the axis of a spindle relative to the tool magazine such that one of the tools in the tool magazine is engaged with or disengaged from the spindle. A draw bar for firmly attaching a tool to the spindle is positioned inside of the spindle. The operation of the draw bar is actuated by the movement of the spindle head relative to the tool magazine.

摘要： In a clutch manufacturing method, inner peripheral portions of drum members, of two clutches are connected to a sleeve member, and a piston, a seal plate and a return spring are provided between the drum members, an insulator to apply electric isolation between the piston and the drum member or between the seal plate and another drum member is attached to either the piston or the seal plate. Then, the drum member, to which the electric isolation with the insulator is not applied, is connected to the sleeve member. Then, the piston, return sprig and seal plate are assembled to the sleeve member to which the drum member has been connected. Finally, the drum member, to which the electric isolation with the insulator has been applied, is connected to the sleeve member with electric welding.

摘要： A p-type ZnSe bulk or film crystal of good quality has not been produced so far, although various improved methods based on MOCVD or MBE methods have been tried. Prior art required high pressure, high temperature or high vacuum to grow a p-type ZnSe crystal. This invention grows p-type ZnSe by an electrochemical deposition method. A zinc anode and a low-resistivity n-type ZnSe singlecrystalline substrate are immersed into a solution including zinc ions, selenium ions and acceptor ions. Direct current is sent from the zinc anode to the n-type ZnSe singlecrystalline substrate cathode. Selenium ions and zinc ions are attracted to the n-type ZnSe cathode. They are reduced and are deposited on the n-type ZnSe cathode. Deposited ZnSe film is a p-type semiconductor. A ZnSe semiconductor with a pn-junction is obtained.
