Abstract:
The water pipe includes a pipe body which is used as a water pipe, supply-pipe, drainage pipe, including a mixed layer, provided at an inner surface of the pipe body, the mixed layer including a mortar layer and a resin layer and being mixed into a mixture which includes powder of tourmaline ore, granite and charcoal grain powder with effects for far-infrared ray and anion. Therefore, it can improve water quality efficiently and prevent degradation of a pipe, and it can be used in the large flow velocity region without pressure loss of the water pipe line.

Abstract:
There is provided an insulated wire including a wire conductor and an insulation coating formed on the wire conductor by extrusion coating a resin composition. The resin composition is a mixture of a polyphenylene sulfide-based resin (A) and a polyamide-based resin (B), in which a ratio of parts by mass of the resin (B) to that of the resin (A), i.e. (B)/(A), is not less than 5/95 and not more than 30/70.
Abstract:
An insulated wire including a conductor, and an insulating film formed by coating and baking an insulating varnish on the conductor directly or via another insulation layer. The insulating varnish includes a phenolic hydroxyl group-containing polyimide resin represented by a chemical formula (1): where X is a tetravalent aromatic group composing an aromatic tetracarboxylic dianhydride residue, Y1 is a divalent aromatic group including one or more phenolic hydroxyl groups and Y2 is a divalent aromatic group not including a phenolic hydroxyl group A ratio of the number Z1 of phenolic hydroxyl groups included in Y1 of the chemical formula (1) to the number Z2 of an imide group included in the chemical formula (1) is 0.15≦Z1/Z2≦0.85.
Abstract:

The polyamic acid includes an acid synthesized using at least a diamine component, a tetracarboxylic dianhydride and a cross-linking agent as raw materials. The cross-linking agent includes an amino group or an anhydride group and a thermally crosslinkable reactive group. The amide compound includes a compound synthesized using at least a carboxylic acid compound and a diisocyanate component as raw materials. The carboxylic acid compound includes a thermally crosslinkable reactive group that is crosslinkable with the cross-linking agent contained in the polyamic acid.
Abstract:
An insulation coating for electric wires has a resin coating made from polyimide resin or polyamide-imide resin as a constituent resin, the insulation coating being formed by dispersing phenyl trialkoxysilane and pure water in the resin coating. The phenyl trialkoxysilane is included 3 to 100 parts by weight for the constituent resin of 100 parts by weight in the resin coating.
Abstract:
A VOA maximum attenuation control circuit has, in addition to a conventional VOA maximum attenuation control circuit, a first resistor and a second resistor, a transistor which is an emitter follower type PNP transistor, and a capacitor. Since charge of the capacitor is 0 volt at the instant when power of the optical interface unit or each optical interface is shifted from OFF state to ON state, current is supplied to a VOA by the transistor in association with shift to the ON state of the power. As a result, attenuation of the VOA reaches maximum. When the capacitor is gradually charged, base potential of the transistor is finally +5 volts, and current is 0 ampere. Then shifting to maximum attenuation control of the VOA by an operational amplifier is realized.
Abstract:
A insulated wire includes a conductor, and an insulating coating on a periphery of the conductor. The insulating coating includes an insulating film formed by applying and baking a polyester imide resin insulating coating material, and the insulating film has a relative permittivity of less than 3.5 both in a dried state and in a moisture-absorbed state. The insulating film is formed by applying and baking a polyester imide resin insulating coating material including an imide dicarboxylic acid and an alcohol component, the imide dicarboxylic acid being obtained by synthesizing a diamine component including aromatic diamine having not less than three aromatic rings and an acid component including aromatic tricarboxylic acid anhydride.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a molded product includes forming a coat film for covering and concealing particles with the surface of a board while filling the gaps among the particles, and separating the coat film for holding the particles on the reverse side from the board. The coat film and the particles are etched from the reverse side of the separated coat film, the particles are removed from the coat film, and an array of dents carved by the particles is formed on the reverse side of the coat film. A film is formed on the reverse side of the coat film, and a molded product having an array of protrusions on the surface is formed from the film.
