The distributor head has at least one inlet opening for delivering the free-flowing medium and a plurality of outlet openings for discharging the free-flowing medium. A flow connection exists between this inlet opening and the outlet openings. The distributor shaft has at least one first distributor shaft segment and a second distributor shaft segment. The second distributor shaft is releasably disposed on the first distributor shaft segment closer to the distributor head than the first distributor shaft segment, and has a surface facing the free-flowing medium. The first distributor shaft segment and the second distributor shaft segment differ with regard to their materials and/or their surface coating.

The device has an additional stepped bushing, and the first stepped bushing has a constant outside diameter and two parts with small and large internal diameters, and the second stepped bushing has a constant internal diameter and two parts with small and large diameters.

摘要： The invention relates to an apparatus and method for coating a pipe or a section of a pipe with a polymer layer. The apparatus comprises an applicator for applying polymer melt on the surface of a pipe or pipe section, a roller for pressing the polymer applied by the applicator towards the pipe or pipe section, and means for circumferentially moving the applicator and the roller around the periphery of the pipe or pipe section. According to the invention the apparatus further comprises a drive for rotating the roller as the roller is moving around the periphery of a pipe or pipe section. By means of the invention, higher quality coatings can be applied to field joints of steel pipes, for example.

摘要： A method for protecting a metal surface from galling and corrosion includes a step of providing a protective dry film on the metal surface. The film includes a solid lubricant and a conducting polymer, the conducting polymer having lubricant properties and being capable of binding the solid lubricant to the metal surface. Threaded metal joint surfaces coated with the film are capable of resisting galling under high pressure and high torque conditions, even after several fastening and unfastening operations or over a long period of time. Protection from corrosion is also provided by the film. The method and film are economical in that only a single layer of protective compound need be applied in order to provide metal surfaces with both lubrication and protection against corrosion, and problems such as removal or leakage, which are associated with protective compounds that use oils, are avoided. Additionally, the dry film is advantageous because it does not contain heavy metals that are harmful to the environment.
