    摘要: Stabilized duocarmycin derivatives represented by formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R is lower alkyl, allyl or benzyl, and X is Cl or Br, are prepared by adding at least a compound selected from the group consisting of a saccharide, an electrolyte, a water-soluble polymer, a polyhydric alcohol and a surfactant to a solution containing the duocarmycin derivatives. Also provided are freeze-dried pharmaceutical preparations containing the stabilized duocarmycin derivatives.

    摘要: The present invention provides a lithographic printing plate precursor which exhibits satisfactory ink cleanup and restart toning characteristics during printing.Disclosed is a lithographic printing plate precursor comprising a substrate having thereon in order an interlayer containing a copolymer comprising K units and L units, and an image-forming layer, wherein said K unit is derived from a monomer of the formula I: wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-22 linear, branched or cyclic alkyl group, a C1-22 linear, branched or cyclic, substituted alkyl group, a C6-24 aryl group or substituted aryl group, wherein the substituent is selected from a C1-4alkyl group, an aryl group, a halogen atom, a keto group, an ester group, an alkoxy group, or a cyano group; Y represent a single bond, or a C1-22 linear, branched or cyclic alkylene; or CH2═CHPO(OH)2; and said L unit is derived from a monomer of the formula II: CH2═CRCONH2  (II) wherein R is H or CH3, and said K units are present from more than 3% and less than 40% and said L units are present from more than 60% and less than 97% in the copolymer.

    摘要: An intrabuccally rapidly disintegrating tablet which is manufactured by a simple method, has an enough practical hardness and is rapidly disintegrated in the buccal cavity and its production method. The intrabuccally rapidly disintegrating tablet is produced by growing a powder material into a granulated material with a fixed particle diameter, the powder material including a sugar alcohol or a saccharide as main ingredient, each of which is first particle having an average particle diameter of not more than 30 μm, by mixing thus obtained granulated material with an active ingredient and a disintegrant, and by compressing the mixture into a predetermined shape.
