摘要: A hose 10 of the invention includes an outer hose member 12 composed of a rubber and an inner hose member 14 composed of a resin. A pair of projection ring elements 26 formed on opposite ends of the inner hose member 14 are received in a pair of inner circumferential grooves 24 formed in thick-walled tube elements 18 of the outer hose member 12. The projection ring elements extend the inner circumferential grooves 24 with such dilatation and deformation of the concavity of the inner circumferential grooves 24 enabling the thick-walled tube elements 18 to generate forces acting along the concavity of the inner circumferential grooves 24. Such forces are applied as pressing forces against the projection ring elements 26. The thick wall of the thick-walled tube elements 18 enables the pressing forces to be maintained while the projection ring elements 26 are retained in the inner circumferential grooves 24.

摘要: A metallic film formation target which is an object on which a diamond-like carbon film is to be formed is placed in a flow channel through which film formation gas containing methane gas flows. The film formation gas is caused to flow at a predetermined flow rate through the flow channel during the process of raising the temperature of the film formation target from room temperature to a predetermined temperature. The film formation gas is thereby reacted with impurities in a film formation target surface for removal of the impurities from the film formation target surface and is further reacted with metallic elements exposed by the removal of impurities, thus forming a diamond-like carbon film on the film formation target surface.

摘要: In a gas turbine blade where a part of the γ′ phase precipitation strengthened type Ni-based alloy base material is composed of a weld metal, the weld metal is a Ni-based alloy containing Ta from 4.8 to 5.3 wt. %, Cr from 18 to 23 wt. %, Co from 12 to 17 wt. %, W from 14 to 18 wt. %, C from 0.03 to 0.1 wt. %, Mo from 1 to 2 wt. %, and Al of 1 wt. % or less, in which the oxygen content is 0 to 30 ppm, the Ti content from 0 to 0.1 wt. %, and the Re content from 0 to 0.5 wt. %. A blade base metal is manufactured by the step of stripping, the step of solution heat treatment where the γ′ phase is dissolved again, the step of welding in an inert gas chamber by a TIG method using a welding wire where the weld metal can be obtained, the step of HIP treatment at 1100° C. to 1150° C., and the step of an aging treatment at 835° C. to 855° C.

摘要: A liquid crystal projector device of the present invention includes a lamp unit having a lamp and a reflector, and a cooling fan for cooling the lamp unit. The reflector includes a reflecting portion having a parabolic reflecting surface, and a plurality of side walls extending from the reflecting portion to surround the lamp. A first side wall of the plurality of side walls is provided with a first air intake opening and a second air intake opening for introducing air delivered from the cooling unit toward the lamp, at both sides of a plane including a central axis of the lamp and orthogonal to the first side wall. A wind blocking wall is defined between both air intake openings. An air discharge opening is formed on a second side wall opposed to the first side wall.

摘要: A liquid crystal display comprises a liquid crystal module (10) having a predetermined shape and having a back side covered with a metal back case (12); a liquid crystal drive circuit board (20) electrically connected at one side of the liquid crystal module (10), extending toward the central portion from the one side by predetermined length, having an electric connector (22) disposed on one side of the circuit board (20), and mounted on the metal back case (12); and a metal cover (30) having a cutout (33) large enough to expose the electric connector (22) and covering the circuit board (20). An earth terminal (36) is provided at one edge of the cutout (33) and is brought into elastic contact with an earth contact (24a) provided on one side of the circuit board (20) when the circuit board (20) is covered with the metal cover (30). With this constitution, a stable ground line is formed in the display by a simple machining to avoid noise interference.

摘要: A monitoring apparatus and apparatuses to be monitored each have an address holding unit which holds the address of a group to which each apparatus belongs. A data frame to be transmitted between the monitoring apparatus and each of the apparatuses to be monitored includes an identifier which specifies communication between two apparatuses or group broadcast. When the identifier specifies the group broadcast, a group address is put in the data frame. In this manner, a large number of apparatuses which form a large-scale network can be divided into groups, and the group broadcast can be carried out when a plurality of monitoring apparatuses are used for monitoring the apparatuses, thereby eliminating the need of polling.
