摘要: A heat pump type air conditioning system comprises an air duct in which air flows in a given direction with an aid of an electric air blower. A condenser is disposed in the air duct. A compressor has an outlet connected to an inlet of the condenser. A receiver dryer has an inlet connected to an outlet of the condenser. An outside expansion valve has an inlet connected to an outlet of the receiver dryer through a first passage. An outside evaporator has both an inlet connected to an outlet of the outside expansion valve and an outlet connected to an inlet of the compressor through a second passage. An inside evaporator is disposed in the air duct at a position upstream of the condenser. An inside expansion valve has both an inlet connected to the first passage and an outlet connected to an inlet of the inside evaporator. A coolant distributing circuit is further employed which feeds the inside evaporator with at least a part of coolant discharged from the receiver dryer when the coolant pressure in the inside evaporator exceeds a predetermined degree.

摘要: A heat exchanger 10 cools an air-conditioning refrigerant by means of cooling air. The heat exchanger 10 includes a first heat exchanger core 20 and a second heat exchanger core 30 placed forward and backward with respect to a flowing direction of the cooling air 60. The heat exchanger 10 further includes a first header tank 40 that is provided in a lower portion of the heat exchanger, and has two independent tank portions 43 and 44, one of the two tank portions located on a leeward side of the cooling air 60 being in communication with a refrigerant-inlet side of the second heat exchanger core 30, and the other one of the tank portions located on a windward side being in communication of a refrigerant-outlet side of the first heat exchanger core 20, the first header tank 40 introducing the refrigerant from the tank portion 43 located on the leeward side, and discharging the refrigerant from the tank portion 44 located on the windward side. The heat exchanger 10 also includes a second header tank 50 that is provided in an upper portion of the heat exchanger, that is in communication with a refrigerant-outlet side of the second heat exchanger core 30 and a refrigerant-inlet side of the first heat exchanger core 20, and that flows the refrigerant having passed through the second heat exchanger core 30 into the first heat exchanger core 20.

An expansion valve receives the refrigerant from the radiator to depressurize and expand the refrigerant. An evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded by the expansion valve to cool air passing through the evaporator. An accumulator receives the refrigerant from the evaporator to separate the refrigerant into a gas-phase refrigerant and a liquid-phase refrigerant. The accumulator includes an insertion portion inserted in the accumulator and included in a pipe arranged from the radiator to the expansion valve for exchanging heat between a refrigerant flowing through the insertion portion and at least the liquid-phase refrigerant in the accumulator.

摘要: Provided are a heat-pump cooler (A) having a first circulation channel (1) and a heater circulator (B) having a second circulation channel (8). A water-cooling condenser (3) in the first circulation channel (1) is placed in the second circulation channel (8), and causes the first coolant to release its heat to the second coolant. The second circulation channel (8) includes a passage switching valve (14) for switching the passage between a passage passing a radiator (10) and a radiator bypass passage (13). During a heating operation, the passage switching valve (14) causes the second coolant to flow into the radiator bypass passage (13), and the air heated by a heater core (12) is introduced as air-conditioned air into the vehicle cabin. During a cooling operation, the passage switching valve (14) causes the second coolant to flow into the radiator (10), and the air cooled by an evaporator (6) is introduced as air-conditioned air into the vehicle cabin.

摘要: An air conditioning system includes a heat-pump type cooling unit and an air-heating unit. On a first circulation path in the cooling unit, provided are a gas-liquid separator provided between an expansion valve and an evaporator for separating refrigerant supplied from the expansion valve into refrigerant gas and refrigerant liquid and sending the refrigerant liquid to the evaporator, a bypass path for flowing the refrigerant gas through the first circulation path with bypassing the evaporator, and a changeover valve for preventing the refrigerant liquid from flowing into the evaporator. In warming-up mode, only the refrigerant gas is circulated in a refrigeration cycle. According to the system, air-heating can be achieved by driving the cooling unit even under a condition where outside temperature is very low.
