    摘要: Devices used in an oil-containing wastewater treatment system are simplified by efficiently combining differences in processes used in the system.The oil-containing wastewater treatment system includes a separation tank that separates oil by flotation, the separation tank being arranged in a supply path of raw water which is oil-containing wastewater; a membrane filtration tank that is arranged on the downstream of the separation tank and that includes therein a membrane separation module including a hollow fiber membrane or a flat sheet membrane, and a diffuser for generating air bubbles, the diffuser being disposed below the membrane separation module; a supply pipe that supplies the raw water from the separation tank to the membrane filtration tank through a circulating pump; and a return pipe that returns unfiltered water containing the oil and air bubbles from the membrane filtration tank to the separation tank.

    摘要: Provided is a separation membrane module which is suitable for filtration of oil-containing wastewater. The separation membrane module for oil-containing wastewater treatment separates water-insoluble oil from oil-containing wastewater that has high turbidity and/or high temperature. The separation membrane module for oil-containing wastewater treatment is characterized by using a hollow fiber membrane which is composed of an alkali-resistant porous membrane selected from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polysulfone (PSF), and polyether sulfone (PES) and which has a tensile strength of 30 N or more, and characterized in that each of the hollow fiber membrane and an end-sealing member of the hollow fiber membrane has a heat distortion temperature of 100° C. or higher.

    摘要: A magnet roller according to the present invention comprises: a single metal shaft member; and a pair of first and second semicylindrical resin magnet members each of which is shorter than the metal shaft member and has a first or second annular portion integrally provided at one end portion thereof. Each of first and second central holes is provided at the center of each of the first and second annular portions. The magnet roller according to the present invention is assembled by arranging the first annular portion and the second annular portion so as not face each other, inserting both end portions of the metal shaft member into the first and second central holes from the inner side of the first and second annular portions, and sandwiching the metal shaft member between the first and second semicylindrical resin magnet members in such a manner that both the end portions of the metal shaft member protrude to the outside of the first and second annular portions.

    摘要: A porous multilayered hollow fiber for outer side pressed filtration is made of a multilayer comprising a supporting layer constituted of the thickness of an expanded porous polytetrafluoroethylene tube, and a filtration layer provided on the outer surface of the supporting layer, wherein pores surrounded by fibrous frameworks in the filtration layer are smaller than those of the supporting layer, and the mean of the maximum fibril length (L) of the fibrous frameworks surrounding each pore in the outer surface of the filtration layer is designed to be small such that (X) and (Y) fall within the range on the XY plane, where (X) is a particle diameter of particles captured when the particle trapping ratio is equal to or more than 90% in the case where the filtration is done under an elevated pressure of 0.1 MPa, and (Y) is a value designated as RFL obtained by dividing (L) by (X). Thus, the degradation of flow rate due to the elapse of time can be prevented, since solid particles to be separated do not enter into pores, and clogging and blockade of the pores do not occur even in the case of filtering a solution of high turbidity. As a result, it is possible to recover filtration property easily by performing back-wash reverse filtration and to maintain excellent filtration property for a long time.
