摘要： An assembly-target-object-and-assembly-component carrier pallet carries thereon a target object (semi-finished product) 2 and a plurality of assembly components arranged, as viewed in plane, on a straight line which passes through a predetermined attachment position on the target object where the predetermined assembly component is to be attached. This allows a minimum of moving parts in the attaching device which attaches the assembly components to the assembly target object. Therefore, the structure of an assembling apparatus is simplified and mechanical errors and assembly time are reduced, thereby improving assembling accuracy.

摘要： The invention provides a three-stage surface acoustic wave filter of the ladder type wherein the resonance frequency difference &Dgr;f2 between the resonance frequency frs2 of a serial resonator in an intermediate stage and the resonance frequency frp2 of a parallel resonator therein is set at a value greater than the resonance frequency difference &Dgr;f1 (&Dgr;f3) between the resonance frequency frs1 (frs3) of a serial resonator in each of front and rear stages and the resonance frequency frp1 (frp3) of a parallel resonator therein, whereby the filter is given a widened pass band while reliably retaining satisfactory characteristics comparable to those of conventional surface acoustic wave filters of small pass band width. The desired filter exhibiting such performance is available within a shorter period of time and with reduced labor.

摘要： A surface acoustic wave filter according to the present invention is constructed by connecting in series one or two or more filter functional units each comprising a first surface acoustic wave resonator having input and output terminals connected in series with a signal line and a second surface acoustic wave resonator having input and output terminals one of which is connected to the signal line and the other of which is grounded. The first surface acoustic wave resonator is constituted by one interdigital transducer and a pair of electrically open strip type grating reflectors with the interdigital transducer interposed therebetween, and the second surface acoustic wave resonator is constituted by one interdigital transducer and a pair of electrically short strip type grating reflectors with the interdigital transducer interposed therebetween.
